Had what was a complex printing task that included transfer from my phone with inclusion of already printed documents. I was beyond exhausted and had already tried another UPS store where the attendant was very nice but unable to accomplish the task.
Liam, with his warm and friendly manner, told me, "No problem," and then proceeded to accomplish exactly what I needed which completely uplifted my day.

Liam at the UPS Store is always incredibly helpful and kind. Every time I go in to return items from Amazon, he makes the process smooth and hassle-free. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist make each visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you, Liam, for always going above and beyond!

Do not go to this place! The are so over priced and it’s ridiculous!
3$ per first page fax and 2$ each additional page?! And service fee?? Always charging more than any other branches.

Was forced to buy a box to put my own (undamaged and taped) box. Free return costed 5usd. This is the only location I ever had this problem.

The lady who works on the counter keeps making it difficult for me to ship an item.
I have never experienced this type of bad service in other UPS stores.

Be very careful. The store policy is to add 1 inch to every measurement. I called them out on it and the clerk said that its store policy per her manager. Package in question was $89 at this store vs $58 at the store down the street with correct dimensions.

Very unfortunate experience. Thought I could just quickly drop off a shein return on my way to the gym but no such luck. Took me 10 minutes to park, waited in line for about that long and then was told there’s a charge to tape my box, when the return website said not to close it. So I left without this errand being run, I have to go home and tape my box and find another UPS store. The employee was very nice but clearly the management is not.

Great customer service here today! Easy parking, I had 2 returns for my friend, didn't understand the procedure with the Q codes, the young woman employee was very helpful and patient, and knew just what to do, and the customers in line were kindly patient with me as well. Thank you for the great service.

The Boss, he is the thin Indian Guy, he is so rude, no manner at all, never smile, never say thank you, it seems like that he hates his work, avoid this place and the one on Main street, he owns that ups too.

There new bot phone service is the worst I've every heard. I could not be transferred to a store rep to ask if I left my PKG there. Really bad!! I called at 2:30pm on a Tues.

I would like to give Monique 10 stars if that were possible. Monique's professional and personal demeanor shines bright. She made the process of getting a live scan seamless.
