Notary lady has a terrible attitude , she seems as if she needs to retire or check herself , as she talks to employees and customers extremely unprofessional. I won’t be returning because of her. Also upon getting my document notarized she attempted to claim that the payment had to be put in the persons name who was not paying for the service and also offered them a copy of my document without my permission. We got the job and I was able to record the transaction for my records but won’t return for their services unless she retires. Don’t need to be doing this type of work if you can’t be respectful and also not insert yourself into notary business aside from being the witness you are hired to be. Thanks for the service ups we will visit a different location next time

Thank you Laccie! She helped me with a livescan and mailing a package, and delivered perfect customer service. There was an insane rush when I was in the store and she was there by herself - but she crushed it and was so helpful and kind to every customer the whole time. Laccie, your employer is lucky to have you managing this location.

This is really an awesome UPS store. I know, I know, what a weird sentence! But there really are differences between them. I am an Amazon Vine reviewer, which means I get about "way too many" packages every week, some of them quite heavy. To put it mildly, I have been frowned at before.But not here. Never here! I don't know what it is about this store – probably the owner and Lacey? - but it feels like going into a small family run business. Everyone ALWAYS says hi. Everyone ALWAYS smiles, and says thank you and have a nice day. They have never, ever lost a single one of my packages; another first. I have always gotten a text when my package has been delivered, they offer to help me when I have a zillion things to carry to the car, they lend me a dolly when one is too heavy... they even helped us get the mailbox set up in the first place when we were in a "just moved & don't yet have the permanent address" state.This does not always happen, people! Trust me on this. I've been in other stores where you can SEE people biting back the urge to chuck the box at my head.And I really have to give a shout out to Lacey. That woman is unbelievable. I have personally seen her handling three customers simultaneously with three more in line - never missing a beat, never breaking a sweat, never dropping a detail or losing a milligram of temper. She always knows what to do, she always knows what people need, she always understands immediately what the situation calls for… she runs that store like the masterly captain of an extremely tight ship. (And she is also extremely funny. ?)Julianne (I hope I spelled that right!) is always wonderfully friendly and helpful too, as is the young man with the black hair and black beard whose name I unfortunately don't know, and Gordon, and the new quite young man with the curly hair. They all are! It's a little haven of sincerity in a world of rushing about blindly and barely exchanged glances.Thank you to all of you :) Thank you for never pitching a box at my head! You rock!

New owners are great, the previous owner was an uncaring a** who lost packages and would complain all the time. Unfortunately they are dragged down by his old reviews.

Live Scan: I had to complete my live scan. I called and was greeted by Lacy. I shared with her what I needed to complete, that I was heading out of town the following morning, and she said, come on in, I'll get you taken care of. She asked if I had my application, then stated she could access everything via the QR code. I walked in 6 minutes before close, (on Halloween evening), as quick as I could provide her the QR code, my DL, she had my finger prints done. Excellent service, super courteous, highly recommend. THANK YOU, Lacy. :-)

I have been a customer/boxholderd of this UPS Store through both owners and locations since somewhere around 2001.I really liked Pat and I really like Joe the current owner.The employees at both locations can be variable, but I assume finding good help for a business like this is challenging and I have my own business and this is one reason I am a one-person business! :-)I don't ship that many packages, I just pick up my mail and packages sent to me and my family, mostly, so it's pretty simple to please me.My one big complaint is with the Orchards shopping center and it's lack of parking when I go on a daily basis to pick up my mail for my business!
