Walked into Walnut Creek Toyota with no intention to purchase a Toyota, but to just compare the RAV4 to a Honda CRV that we were in the market for. Walking in to the dealer the Venza caught our eye we never made it to the CRV. Chris Pablo right away took us for a test drive and explained in well detail all the options available in the different Venza's trims and price levels. Walked out of there convinced that the Venza was a better deal than the CRV. Chris was great to work with and was not pushy at all. Ive purchased several vehicles in the past and this was the easiest one yet. I liked that Chris handled the deal from beginning to end and was very knowledgeable through the whole process.
