“I brought my 2022 Crosstrek Subaru in for the second time. It only has 10,000 miles on it but maintenance agreement was up at the dealership. Last year he went over all the visits I had at the dealership and basically they just rotated the tires & changed the oil. I thought the dealership was doing more. I like Franks. Friendly and kind. I asked about my brakes and he said I have another ten thousand miles to go on them. I love that they are just down the street from Rossmoor and I have always heard good things about them. I had an excellent experience. Ride back & forth. Service was oil change & tire rotation. Plus the air conditioning so maybe that included a filter. I don’t know.”

“After moving to Walnut Creek I was in need of an auto service repair shop; through a referral I started taking my car to Gilmore’s. Over the last year or so I have needed to take my car in for a one or two issues as well as basic oil change & have been very happy with service. They are very thorough in their work & have been really good on keeping me updated on repairs or service in general. They also are good about following up and checking in after service has been completed to make sure everything is in working order. Everyone I have interacted with is very friendly and accommodating. Josh especially is really great. Although their service fees are a bit higher than those I paid at my previous shop, I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. If you’re looking for a good Auto repair shop, I definitely recommend Gilmore’s!”

“I had an appointment at 10 a.m. and Rene helped me. He was very polite and helpful. I needed a tire rotation and two tires to be replaced. Rene told me my car would be ready within the hour, which was SHOCKING. I've been to America's Tire in Fremont and Union City, and they've never finished in less than 4 hours (even with an appointment). I went to the coffee shop across the street to wait for my car, and they finished it in just under 45 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my car, Shane was there. He was also very friendly and polite. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had at America's Tire. It's a very clean and well-run location. I'd give them forty stars if I could!
