I had very good experience at the first time, me and my husband went there for marriage rings, Carole was the person helped us. She is very patient and helpful, had nice drink, asked our name and provided very useful advices.
Today, we went there again for my friend's wedding gift. Guess we looked no money to make buy anything, we looked around and finally someone came. Called us guys...? Charge me 10 cents for a bag without letting us know. I am like, why so different than the last time.
We might need to consider go to another location or online if we need anything.

Came in to spend a gift card , was planning to spend more but the sale associates literally ignored me. Guess we didn’t look like we had money. What a shame.

Buyer Beware! If you buy an engagement ring from this store (or any other Tiffany store) and the diamond pops out (it DOES HAPPEN despite what they say) you are out of luck even if you happen to find the said diamond. They will blame you and they will charge you to place the diamond back on. This is exactly what happened to me and my wife. She had is less than 3 years. One month people!!! One month is the length of time after you purchase that ring, that they will do something about it. So, when you are thinking: I am buying a high quality ring for my bride from a reputable brand such as Tiffany and spending thousands of dollars, just be aware that it's a one month deal. We were extremely lucky because we actually found the diamond and I hate to think what would have happened if we didn't.

I had a terrible experience at this location. Be aware that if you purchase an engagement ring, the diamond might pop out as it did for me with less than 3 years of light wear. They will not take any real responsibility and they will charge you a lot of money to put the diamond back on. Also, they will say that "this never happens... but when it does prongs are bent" which was not the case. They managed to blame me for the tilt of the entire head. In what scenario and how would I even be physically able to do that. It has been over a month and I still don't have my ring back from service. Lots of miscommunication and mismanagement.

If you are planning to buy an engagement ring for your beautiful fiance to be, do yourself a favor by avoiding this store and Tiffany brand. Read my story and pick anyone but them. My husband bought me an engagement ring not even three years ago. This summer I went to a restaurant and noticed that the diamond is not on my ring. I cried and was really distraught but we got lucky and located it. I took the diamond and the setting to the store where I was informed that the service warranty is only for one year and that I have to pay for them to put the diamond back on. The prongs were not even crooked and the lady who works there confirmed it with me but service people said that my prongs were bent and that I had to pay. They took no responsibility whatsoever for their sub par quality engagement ring that fell apart after a couple of years of light wear. Also, I was faced with condescending staff that was competely not empathetic and wanted to get me off the phone quickly. Now, I have to pay $500 to put the diamond back on the ring, instead of them taking responsibility and doing it complimentary. After this happened to me, I googled about this problem and there are many more cases of the same thing happening where diamonds were lost never to be found. I was lucky that I was able to find it. I also read that Tiffany was bought by a much larger company and that is when their quality and customer service declined dramatically. My husband had a plan of upgrading the diamond for our 20th anniversary but this will not be hapenning. Stay away!

Had such a great time shopping with Evelyn! She accommodated my group and I and definitely walked out with something. The service we received from not Onondaga Evelyn but the entire staff was impeccable and they store had such a variety of goods to choose from. From sunglasses to homeware to leather goods it was definitely a fun time. I can't wait to come back for more purchases.

I was looking forward to visiting this location however, I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received. my sales associate Yolanda gave me subpar service. Not once did she follow up or check in on me to ask any personal questions to figure out what I was looking for or what I was interested in. I took a look around at the selection, but didn't find what exactly I was looking for nor did I find anything that was worthwhile. After she said hello and welcomed us in she continued two talk with two of her coworkers. it felt like they were more interested in discussing their weekend plans than building rapport with potential clients. i will not be visiting this location in the future. SF tiffany's is the way to go.

I was waiting to type this review till my bracelet that was being repaired was back in my possession. I'll never go to this location again and beware if you bring your jewelry here to get the cleaning service. On 08/14/2023, a Monday mid afternoon I brought two rings (love ring & 1837 Narrow ring) and one necklace (double heart Tiffany blue pendant) to get cleaned and a bracelet (Heart Tag Bracelet w/Diamond) for repair. The sales associate, B. Williams Pickens was amazing. She made me feel welcome and offered me water. Everything went smoothly when dropping off my jewelry. On 08/16/2023 I stopped by to pick up the jewelry that was done getting cleaned. This is where the bad experience begins. I walked in & a sales associate gathered all my jewelry for me. They looked good & she placed them in a Tiffany cloth baggy. As soon as I got into my car my instinct was to put my jewelry back on prior to my departure. I'm glad I listened because why was the love ring TOO big. I went inside & asked the lady to check what size Love ring I bought. She stated a size 5, I had her check the love ring they gave me and she said it is a size 7. HOW?? I was told jewelry expands over time. Great! So how does jewelry expand two sizes in two days? One size a day? Interesting, especially since I bought the ring I never removed it! That was one of the reasons why I bought it because I couldn't remove it. I even told them they can rewind the cameras to view when I removed the ring from my finger to hand to the sales associate for cleaning. Anyway, she grabbed Nicole Soong (I THINK. According to my receipt) but the lady is white with blonde hair, maybe she was the manager? She told me they have over 100 clients that come in to get their jewelry cleaned. If you have 100 clients and you lost/misplaced my ring, maybe the system should change to ensure this never happens again. She claimed she checked through their records and no one else brought a love ring. She told me she can resize the size 7 to a size 5, no thank you. I do not resize any jewelry of mine, I purchase based on it fitting me specifically. I wanted MY ring, not some randoms ring! She let me know she can just give me a brand new one size 5, it was too small to be put on & they didn't have a 5.5 in stock. She stated it can get mailed to the store & they can mail it to me. No thanks, you're probably just going to resize that 7. I asked to see the size 5 once again. I have tiny fingers but big knuckles. I shoved it past my knuckle & it fit perfectly. I removed the tag & handed it to her stating I would like to stick with this ring. I appreciated how they handled the situation at the end and gave me a resolution that I agreed with. But if they did mess up & switched the ring by accident own up to it & admit your faults. I feel the fact I came with receipts (pictures of me wearing the ring, time stamps, etc) that helped my case proving that was indeed NOT my ring. I want them to learn from this experience & change the process they currently have in place. Now I'm iffy to even trust Tiffany & Co with cleaning my jewelry. Clearly their system is broken & needs to be fixed. Maybe NOT put the same jewelry in the cleaner at the same time? Maybe photocopy all jewelry a client brings in to ensure it is their jewelry & provide the client a copy? Maybe check the ring sizes? Maybe be more careful? But what do I know, I don't work in retail.

I ordered two 24 inch white gold necklaces online. One for me and one for my spouse. I didn't realize until we compared our necklaces that mine is actually 30 inches. I called the customer service and mentioned that this is not what I ordered and wanted to exchange. But they said it's my fault that I didn't return in 30 days... Even if it's not what I ordered. They told me to shorten it at my own cost... As ridiculous as it sounds, it's my true experience with Tiffany. This was my first time purchase at Tiffany and my last time.
