Shout out to Nick in the front & the Technicians in the back.
Backstory: Purchased my Maserati Levante @ the Burlingame location (now closed).
I had a check engine light (2 years ago) brought the car to Nick. He reassured me that everything will be covered by warranty. Picked up the car with no problems ever again.
Fast forward today : he gets my vehicle scheduled in for routine services usually 1-2 weeks, sends me a nice enclosed trailer and detailed when picked up.

They were a pleasure to do business with. I bought my LC509 from them after a bad accident and they treated me with respect and did not play any games with me or try to sneak any fees or anything. I also had my car delivered to Southern California and the delivery was professional and fast and the car was covered and safe. They will not cut any corners and will give you an AMAZING CAR. Highly recommend that you look to them next time you look for a high end car.

Brought my 2018 DB11 in for the six year service on April 17th, needed it back by a certain time the following day and requested they not detail/wash the vehicle to get it back sooner. Got a text it was ready and while on my way to pick up my vehicle, I get a call from Alex that the technician was in a "fender" bender... They allowed some 19 year old child take my vehicle on a joy ride which culminated in a major collision which totaled out my vehicle. Now I have jump through the insurance hoops and fight to be made whole for my loss. You tell me if this looks like a fender bender? I will be looking into legal options.
My vehicle was officially totaled out and now the dealership insurance company is low balling me on the payout. My Aston Martin was a one of one 007 special addition with every option available... and they're proposing a base model payoff with comps from every non- certified dealership.
Lawsuit forthcoming!!

This dealership rocks! From beginning to end they are next level when it comes to customer service and getting it done. Anna was awesome to work with. Nimo was great. Ah, And Henry, cant forget Henry in there putting in the finance paperwork! This team was great to work with with. We were an unscheduled walk-in during Monterey Car Week when the dealership was extremely low on staff. We ended up buying a 2021 Lamborghini. Our first ever exotic. You know, sometimes you pay for the experience! Its not just about buying something. I have walked on purchases before simply because the experience was terrible. This dealership gets it! They understand that its an experience. They understand that this is a moment in life that won't be forgotten. Cant say enough great things about this staffWe ran into Nimo at the contours event a few days ago. Luxury Collection was there representing! I bring this up because there is a lot of places you can buy an exotic car. BUT, is it certified pre-owned? Is it a place that can fix your exotic? Are they involved in the community and events? Do they stay in touch after you buy the car? These things are very important. We looked at numerous cars but the dealerships were simply flipping the cars. Why in the world would I spend $300,000 on a car from a dealership that wasn't building a relationship? If I spend money at a dealership its because I'm investing in the future relationship I'm gonna have with that dealership. We are not top-tier customers. We bought a car and will likely buy another but we don't have money like some people who can buy a car every year and trade it in for the next new thing. Most dealerships would know this and after the purchase just cut ties with you. This dealership has been in contact with us about events after the purchase. In fact, we got invited to go down and test drive the new Astin Martin DB707, Gifts, catered brunch, and watch the F1 race on a big screen TV this weekend! That's pretty cool! Thanks Anna, Nimo, Henry! We love our new car, and have been making great memories with it!

Me and the wife walked into this dealership interested in "possibly" buying an exotic car. Anna met us outside and we began talking about cars, a little negotiating, test drove a couple cars, and ended up buying a 2021 Lamborghini Hurarcan EVO Spyder. Yes there was more it than that but it was pretty easy process and stellar customer service from beginning to end. We have been invited back this weekend to test drive the new DB707, watch the F1 race, catered brunch, and gifts. We have bought an awful lot of vehicles over the years, never have we been extended anything after the purchase. Top tier dealership right here. They know how to cultivate their existing customer relationships. And truthfully, I'm sure we will be buying another car from them in the future. Special Thanks to Anna for getting it done. And Nimo for the added support through the process.
