The absolute best customer service of any jewelers I had gone to. I’m sad only because I didn’t find them sooner!!!!!! I had the pleasure of working specifically with Marielle who was phenomenal. Highly recommend for the customer service alone- really makes a huge difference in your repairs/buying process.

I cannot recommend The King's Jewelers enough! I brought in my engagement ring from a different jeweler that I was unhappy with due to poor craftsmanship. Sheri looked at the ring with me and talked me through and educated me on the issues and concerns that she saw and advised me on next steps. I had not promised them my business at that time yet Sheri and the team were already treating me like a long time customer of theirs. I did proceed with having my engagement ring re-made with TKJ using my existing diamond and they created a custom CAD model based off my preferences and my wedding band that I had already purchased. The ring arrived right on time and was PERFECT! They brought my idea to life while keeping the safety of my stone in mind. The ring also came with an appraisal which was wonderful. I look forward to bringing my ring in for its regular maintenance so that I can see Sheri and the team!

When I wanted to get a wedding band for our 30 year Anniversary, I went to Kings Jewelers. I don't live in California anymore, so I had a limited time to get the ring made. Their designer took some diamond chips I had and created a band to go around my existing ring. It turned out amazing and it looks like a matched set. Kathy was wonderful and extremely helpful. And their new location is terrific! I am thrilled with my new sparkly wedding band.

Kings jewelers offers impecable customer service and an array of gorgeous fine jewelry. My husband and I had both my engagement ring and wedding band designed and created at Kings Jewelers. The process was seamless from start to finish. We have since been back many times to have repair work done on jewelry purchased elsewhere and for jewelry and watch purchases. They have a fine selection of Tissot watches and a lovey selection of unique consignment pieces. Sheri is my favorite employee. She is so patient and knowledgeable. She recently assisted me with finding the perfect gold chain for 2 family heirloom pendents. She suggested layering the two on the chain which was a wonderful idea I hadn't thought of. She was able to have the necklace put together there on the spot. The final piece was so beautiful - seeing the two pendents together the way Sheri suggested was so special that I teared up; Sheri did too! It's no surprise this business has been thriving through 4 generations. They put their customers first and offer nothing but the best in fine jewelry.

I went in to have some stones appraised . It was an enjoyable experience. She was honest and the new store is very warm and welcoming upon entrance . They have the most beautiful display of some of the most exquisite jewelry . You feel lifted with a boost of dopamine when you leave.

I recently purchased a beautiful European cut consignment diamond ring from Sheri Teixeira at The King's Jewelers in Walnut Creek. I go back with TKJ some forty plus years & I can tell you that Sheri is the reason I went back, I knew that there was no finer jeweler in these parts & she only confirms that. Her loving & professional manner is extrodinary, found very few times in life.From taking care to see my rings were sized & repaired just as I wanted to giving me time to purchase the consignment diamond ring that somehow called out to me. Sheri was there to make me feel I was the most important person along with my husband of 60 years.Thank you Sheri for being the truly wonderful person that you are and thank you for all you did to make my/our visits with you come out so wonderful. I stopped at The King's Jewelers yesterday to get my wedding ring cleaned and checked. First of all, their new store is so nice! Much better location and I parked at the garage next to the Lesher Center. Very convenient. Secondly, the people there are always so nice and helpful. They really do excel in customer service!

After a horrific experience with an out -of-state jeweler, I was reluctant to take my heirloom pieces in for appraisal. An associate recommended the family-owned King's Jewelers. In four words, they are trustworthy, professional, stellar, knowledgeable. I worked with Sheri in order to create a necklace for my daughter's graduation. She could t have been more patient, understanding, professional and informative. My experience was so positive I have told all of my friends, " I finally have found a reputable jeweler whom I love," Great jeweler, great store.

I cannot recommend The King's Jewelers enough. Their entire staff is incredible and they go out of the way to make you feel at home. They even cleaned my wedding rings, while I shopped. I had so much fun trying on jewelry and LOVE my new necklace! It's perfect for sweater weather. If you love shopping for sparkly things, stop by today!
