The absolute best customer service of any jewelers I had gone to. I’m sad only because I didn’t find them sooner!!!!!! I had the pleasure of working specifically with Marielle who was phenomenal. Highly recommend for the customer service alone- really makes a huge difference in your repairs/buying process.

I went in to have some stones appraised . It was an enjoyable experience. She was honest and the new store is very warm and welcoming upon entrance . They have the most beautiful display of some of the most exquisite jewelry . You feel lifted with a boost of dopamine when you leave.

I stopped at The King's Jewelers yesterday to get my wedding ring cleaned and checked. First of all, their new store is so nice! Much better location and I parked at the garage next to the Lesher Center. Very convenient. Secondly, the people there are always so nice and helpful. They really do excel in customer service!
