In short - this place has finicky pumps and unhelpful attendants! There are several other stations nearby (like Chevron) that won’t give you issues or rob you of gas credits, so go to one of those. My mother and I went to get gas at this Texaco (previously Saranap). We went to Pump 7 and entered the Safeway rewards number and $0.20/gallon came up for use. I paid and then the machine had an error and said to put the nozzle back in place and “transaction canceled”. As this was happening my mother jumped out of the car to try to warn me, before I could proceed with the transaction, and said that Pump 7 has given her issues several times. I figured I would try again and entered the phone number for gas rewards. The pump computer then said I have zero rewards. So apparently with the computer being glitchy on the transaction it used up my points but we got no gas! I decided to go inside and see if the attendant would help me. I explained to the attendant, Aday, what had happened and that Pump 7 glitched and canceled the transaction and could he help me because I didn’t get my $0.20/gallon credit. With regular gas at $5.09 you want your discount. He told me to input my phone number and said “no points” and I proceeded to explain again. He told me to slide my card and asked how much I had planned to put on so I said “$50” but explained that I only wanted it if he was able to help me figure out the rewards issue I’d just had in the pump. I’m sure this wasn’t the first time this has happened because my mother even tried to jump out and say she’d had issues at that pump a few times. So surely an employee is familiar with this too. At this point my mother comes in and he’s saying one word things like “slide card” and being very pushy saying “push that button” and we say “wait a minute, are you charging us $50 at the $5.09/gallon price?” and he says “no rewards” and we said that’s the whole reason we came in (I’d already explained a few times), but he didn’t try to help, he just charged the card. I could have done that at the pump myself! We said we wanted to cancel the transaction and he said he couldn’t cancel or refund it. So, needless to say we were incredibly frustrated and felt ripped off when we left and won’t be going back here again. Get a helpful attendant and better yet one that speaks English well - and is willing to listen AND communicate. Supposedly his name is Aday but when we first asked him for it he didn’t want to give us his name. He knew he hadn’t listened or tried to help us and that he just did what he wanted to get us out of there.

Ended up getting a car wash. I would not recommend it. After all was said and done my truck was just as dirty as it was when I started the wash. I don't blame the Texaco station. The car wash was the type that gave a generalized wash without really focusing on quality. No big deal. The help was friendly though he spoke no English. I believe he was Hindi.Anyway it is positioned in a way to make it really convenient. The weather was really nice and I was determined to have a pleasant day.Their gas prices were a tad bit high for my taste but my truck who thinks gas is free will drink just about anything.

Went to Little Bear Car wash and my company card didn't work so the owner sent me to his Texaco with the contactless car wash. The Texaco was clean and the car wash was nice and quiet. Got my car really clean. I'll make this my go to car wash.

Decided to give their touchless carwash a try and was very pleased! $12 for regular, $15 with the rainx treatment. I'm very particular about how my black Silverado looks after a wash and felt for $15 this was pretty good! I didn't time it but I felt like I was in there for a good 7-8 minutes. I recommend bringing a microfiber cloth for small touch ups. There's a large staging area once you go through the wash where you can pull over and vacuum. Didn't get gas, so can't review the pumps or the interior store, but I noticed overall this station has a very clean and tidy appearance. I'll be back for more washes!

Never break away from chevron but I had to due to location and I'm happy I did. I found out that Texaco is partnered with chevron so they are essentially the same. This location just did a massive overhaul and the attendant is unreal friendly. Makes my day stopping in.

I was surprised to not find this Texaco on yelp. I am happy to be the first to review it. Many people in the neighborhood were waiting for it to open and it did. It is a great place to get gas. It is so clean. Every time we go to fill up, someone is washing the pumps or spray cleaning the machinery. It is bright and easily accessible from any direction on Olympic or Tice Valley Road. There is a carwash that is really good. My car was so clean afterwards. They have a mini market. The bad news is they do not have a bathroom for the customers yet. Or maybe they are not telling the truth but regardless, I didn't get to use the restroom when I really needed to one time. I forgive them. I give it 5 stars! Welcome to the neighborhood!
