This place is a rip off!! They offer you a 'first month free' and then double your rent on month 3 with no notice! Do not rent here! Also, rats seem to have moved in both to the storage units and the manager's office where they are part of the scam!

I’m sad to write this review because I really liked this place. The area is pleasant, facilities seem secure, brand new building, & the staff are extremely lovely. I had a smaller unit for about a year- 6 months in they immediately raised the rent on me. I called to get this fixed and they did some work to lower it.
I then needed to upgrade to another unit, the staff member said there’s a special where my first month would only be $1. This never occurred and I was charged the full $240. Additionally, they have raised my rent to $270 with no notice- just less than 3 months into upgrading. They havent picked up my calls or responded to any of my emails.
I don’t like writing negative reviews but they really gave me no choice. I hope to deter anyone away that wants to deal with a business that doesn’t respect the financial agreement, wants to get ripped off, or ignored !

This property is brand new. Security is a high priority. Service was awesome. Cynthia is great!!! Positive customer service. Great facility.

Clean -- even the elevator, no food smells or sticky spills --- and the woman who checked me in -- super helpful and nice, good customer service.

I have rented a unit here for over a year. In the beginning I was confident I had made the right choice going with StorQuest. There have been several incidents where I could not access my storage due to gate not working, power outages, etc. which were frustrating and inconvenient, but I was able to look past it due to the great staff and fair cost of rent. When I hit my one year mark, I was sent an email informing me that my rent was going up almost $63.00 a month! I called the office in protest and recieved a call back from the manager that her boss, the general manager(?) agreed to adjust my increase to $19.00 opposed to the original $63.00. Next bill I recieved included the additional $63.00 increase and when I called the office I was told I would have to reach out myself to the general manager. The GM never returned my call and I have been paying the outrageous increase ever since. I do not appreciate feeling taken advantage of, especially when I have been on auto pay the entire time and have never been late or missed a payment. An increase of $63.00 is beyond insane and in no way ethical or right. Tonight I am giving my 30 day notice and taking my business elsewhere.

Just got stuck in the elevator, once I got out I asked for an incident report to be filled out I was told by the manager, “ I’m off, nobody’s hurt, I’m leaving!” She left within 5 minutes of the conversation.

Staff at StorQuest is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is clean and feels very secure. Prices are reasonable.

This is a fantastic self storage facility. I have been extremely happy and confident in storing my items here during my house construction. Passionae, the manager is great. She is professional and kind and helpful in selecting the right size unit for what I had to store.This facility is very secure and kept really clean and in great condition. I alsoFelt that I got a good value in the price I paid for the size unit I rented. I highly recommend Storquest.
