Do not go here. The employees and owners are extremely rude. I went here for a simple alteration on a pair of pants. They would not listen to my request and were very argumentative. I would recommend everyone go else where for alterations or do it yourself. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with these people!

You wrote a review for St Paul Cleaners 19 minutes ago5.0 star rating12/22/2022Agustin R. and George S. don't have a clue how tough it's been for business owners during the Covid pandemic. Flag a person who rants and tries to tear down a business because of their negative attitude! Maybe you should give them another try and maybe you'll feel the same way as I do.I'VE BEEN USING THIS CLEANERS FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND WHAT i CAN TRELL YOU IS THEY ARE EXTREMELY CONSITANTLY GREAT!!!I

I went to have done for my suit that needs to dry cleaned and the lady who assist me is very rude my suits is ready to be picked up earlier than they promised after 4pm. The lady that assist me is you need to pick up after 4pm and I said to her that I was little bit early and you see the tickets after 4pm. I don't think I will come back in this dry cleaner's here.

Been bringing my dry cleaning to them many years. I skipped a whole year due to Covid. Just picked up a bunch of clothes I had cleaned. It was like picking up a closet full of shirts. They do all the work onsite which I like as other dry cleaners bring the clothes to an off-site facility. You can see them working away like a small family business should be. They survived the lockdowns. Please try them you'll thank me.

This is your one stop for all dry cleaning and alterations. Esther is a pro, goes the extra mile. They always come through. Prompt, reasonable, uber knowledgeable and conscientious whether a cleaning matter or alteration. For example, Esther did a painstaking job repairing a long-owned tweed sport coat, and finding the perfect color elbow patches for a favorite sweater, both of which she first dry cleaned. Bellissimo! Tell your friends, family, relatives, neighbors, coworkers. St. Paul Cleaners is wonderful, a gift to the community.

You may wish to see that most of the 5 star reviews are written by "people" whom have only written a review or a few; red flag, of course. I will attach a photo shortly. I'm the person whom writes a review if amazing; or terrible. My shortcoming. The Good: Esther. Whom does it all apparently. I would LOVE to have an employee like her.' The Bad: the Owners whom did not call me back in over a month. The Situation: I take all of my laundry; and on occasion, my wife's rather expensive clothing to be dry cleaned. We have been both been happy; and to be fair, I spend over a thousand bucks a year there. The Problem: My wife had a very expensive and amazing pair of Pucci pants. They have dry-cleaned three times without incident. We were in the Caribbean as guests of friends; (don't hate me; we have literally been no where for a year and a half; relatable?) My wife joyously packed her favorite pants that had been hung on the dry cleaner hanger for nearly two years. We dressed for dinner, her beloved pants were AT LEAST 3" Shorter. She is 5'11". It was clear we had a problem. Attempt to rectify. She contacted Esther, (owners traveling apparently) and asked that the owners call her. She explained the situation. Three weeks later, she received a vm from Esther that the owner measured the inseam of her adored Pucci pants; and that they were long enough at 3". She called Esther, and said, well, you have cleaned them three times before perfectly. Now, they are shrunk. She looked everywhere on the internet for a replacement pair. No dice. She asked Esther if she could speak with the owners. Esther promised (and believe she did) to tell the owners. My wife heard nothing. Today, she went in. The wife and the husband were there. They told her (she taped the converstation) she obviously had them cleaned elsewhere. The wife said that if my wife contacted her within a month, they could look at what happened. But it's been since 2019. My wife is lovely. She donated her bone marrow, Her BONE MARROW, to a stranger and saved his life. She is an honorable person. She is pissed. She pointed out that after contracting COVID in February of last year; she hadn't went anywhere. And while wearing her glam Pucci pants at home with veggie stir fry ( vegetarian and animal activist) and a robust chardonnay was a flattering notion; she has been sporting vintage Juicy Couture and old Lulu's, she assured them her favorite pants had been hanging forlornly in the closet. Next to well made tweed jackets, maribou feathers, and impossibly high, yet fetching heels. They called her a liar. They threw her pants at her, and told her they couldn't "afford" to reimburse her for her pants they clearly ruined. IF they said they were sorry, and reimbursed her for half; I would be spending this past 20 minutes reading; maybe having my lovely wife massage my shoulders. However; they insulted her, and by extension me. I have spent thousands of dollars there, Esther is wonderful. People make mistakes. They make larger, harder to forgive ones when they attack the innocent and do not stand behind their work. They have lost our business, (thank you Esther, you really should have your own shop), and my wife is shattered. My suggestion? Go elsewhere. Where the owners are honorable people. Be well.

I've used the wash and fold service a couple of times. Everything seemed fine for awhile. Then, in the last load, about half of my socks were missing. I went in and asked if they had any "spare socks". The very nice lady said, "No, everything was done." It was not. Sadly, I will look for another wash and fold service.

After coming here for the first time a couple months ago I've switched form the place I used to go to all the time. They have done a great job on everything I've given to them, large comforters, shirts made of delicate fabrics, regular cotton business shirts, great ironing job, by the way and some pants that I thought there was no way they would come clean. Not only that, the person who helped me, who I think was the owner was super helpful. Really nice this day and age, highly recommended.
