Bad neighbor to VCA Encina Emergency Pet Hospital!!! This Sport Clips location accepted a delivery that blocked the driveway to the pet hospital for 20 minutes on Friday, 8/16 from around 10:40 to 11:00 am. The driver from Now Delivery Service should’ve been told to pull up parallel to the building where deliveries are meant to take place and where trash collection happens. Instead, pet owners were made to drive through a busy shopping center to get to the emergency pet hospital, which has been there longer than this Sport Clips location. If you’re a pet owner, know that management of this location doesn’t value the health and safety of your animals.

I had an exceptional experience at Sport Clips thanks to Fariba! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made for a great first impression.
Fariba, my hairstylist, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. Her skills and attention to detail are impressive. I left with the best haircut I’ve had in years – it was precisely what I was looking for, and I received so many compliments on it!
Fariba also provided an excellent MVP experience. The shampoo, hot towel treatment, and neck and shoulder massage were incredibly relaxing. It’s clear she cares about her clients and their satisfaction.
I highly recommend Sport Clips and especially Fariba to anyone looking for a top-quality haircut and a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning!

The woman who cut my hair did a terrible job, it felt like it was the first time she's seen a head before. I literally have the easiest haircut one could have outside of a bowl cut. It's the one every kid starts getting in kindergarten and aside from a few experimental years in college, keeps through their life, career, marriage and divorce until there is no hair to be cut. A barber can do this haircut with his eyes closed with a trimmer and a comb in 10 minutes. The army can do it with less equipment and less time. When she was done, I looked like a sheep who they forgot to sheer the other side. Not one bit of symmetry went into her "styling". I knew it was going poorly when the woman cutting the little boy's hair behind me (same cut btw, bit his looked better and was done in half the time. Enjoy that look little buddy, you're going to have a long relationship with it) when she started paying attention to what was happening in my chair (while never missing a beat styling up the little dude) I knew things had gone sideways. Finally I caught her eye in the mirror and she understood what was going on. She kept checking in... you know when you get your hair cut amd it's a bunch of pleasant little snip snip sounds and then there is the crunch.... sound, like way too much hair was between those blades as they met..well I think a couple of those were enough for the other woman to step in. So I had a relief pitcher (to keep with your sporty theme) have to come in and finish the game. Best part,l was when second team came in, evened things out and said "ok, you can finish this up" like a surgeon leaving her tram to close..the "starter" had the audacity to say "well. What about this corner?" In a snarky way...like. that's YOUR corner you also messed up!! So anyway, 35 bucks and 30 minutes later I'm out of the chair. I skipped the shampoo, I feel like it would have ended up in my eyes. 2 stars specifically because of this person. The second team did great with cleanup.

Usually quick service but quality of haircut totally depends on who you get. Can be hit or miss but cant beat the price.

Stylist-Fariba. She did not listen to our consultation to cut my hair with #4 buzz cut all over. She used #4 on the side and back and then proceeded trim the top of my head with scissors. She also rushed to cut my sideburns cutting the right side to the agreed length and then without looking she cut the left side 1/4 inch shorter than the right. She attempted to correct the right side but I stopped her in fear of totally chopping off my sideburns. After she was done, I had to inform her she cut my hair incorrectly and had her use #4 all over my head as I initially instructed her..

Boyfriend went in on my behalf and lost more hair than I have ever seen after 5 years living together.He said that he wanted just a little off and it turned out to be what he had in the navy MANY years ago. He couldn’t even comment on the special treatment massage because he was that upset. Well a $40 lesson to tell him to continue cutting his hair every month with his Flowby. On a good note she did a good job on his eyebrows.This was on 8/29/23 a little after 4 pm. He said that he wouldn’t go back again.

The store was clean and staff very friendly. Checked in online and got here right around the recommended time on the app and was immediately seated. Maria was very kind quick and patient especially since I didn't have much of an idea what I wanted. Overall an awesome experience today!
