The location of this Shell is great - corner of Treat and Main... and since I live up Treat, I pass this one a lot - easy to get in and out of. Some of the pumps are diesel and they are marked only with a green pump handle. More than once I've pulled forward to be courteous to the car behind me, then realized my mistake.The Mart inside is very small. Though sometimes people feel the need to really cram in there. Please, just form a line out the door. 1 Liter of Coke is $2.48.I used to ban this Shell since they had a minimum purchase of $5, required if you are using your credit card. And this clearly breaks the bylaws established between Visa and it's merchants.However, I can once again buy my Coke with my credit card. They recently they stopped enforcing this rule (maybe because I wrote to Visa?) Either way, the ban is over.

This guy has the worst manner in the whole world. I called and asked for prices of a SMOG test, and not only he was rude but also hang up on me (because I could go there in one hour as per his request). No wonder he has the worst ratings on this website. Just based on his manner, I don't think he will provide me (or anyone) any good, honest services. Will never go there.

Surly cashier who didn't want to be bothered from watching his movie. Restroom requires a key. I'm not sure why in this neighborhood.

This place is close to my house one of the few places that sell propane .but the customer service is the worst I had in a very long time the person behind the counter made feel extremely uncomfortable I'm not going there ever again.

Liar and overpriced scammer! I asked for the price but he didn't tell me that until I hand him the registration to my car. Then he said it's $109. I told him no that's too much and wanted to leave because there was a better price for $29 + $8 (certificate). He said he'd do that but then put $40+$8 in the receipt. I was going to say OK and be done with it but then he started talking bad about me with another guy there. Then I said I don't want to do business with him. He then kept my car hostage by not unhooking his equipment and wanted me to pay $20 to unhook. I paid $20 and came back. Never ever going to this place and do NOT recommend to anyone else as well.

Just as everyone else has noted he doesnt honor coupon. Then over charges. Takes advantage of customers who need to get a smog. I would avoid this place.
