The management team and associates at this facility are nice, welcoming, informative, and very helpful. I came in with the hopes of touring available units, I prefer to see the space so I can get a better idea of how much can fit into it, and they were able to show me a couple of different options. The thing that sold me on this location were 1) the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. 2) there are alarms on every unit. 3) they have resident on-site managers.

why on earth do storage people REFUSE to specify how TALL the units are? nowhere in the website is there any indication of height. really really annoying

The two people in the front office are super nice and patient. They changed my unit size, per my request, checked me in and got me to my unit ASAP. I would definitely recommend it. Also love that each unit is alarmed!

Absolutely liar , the service center booked and collected the money over the phone for the unit for me and when I got there, i understood that all the info was wrong and she booked me totally different unit intentionally. I could not cancel as I had all my stuff with me but it was very frustrating Name of the gal at service center is Vidi and at the office is Juan . Can't really believe this , zero costumer service Stay away from them ...

Security Public Storage has been a fund saver in more ways than one. I moved to them once my other storage unit prices went up. They are super friendly. My stuff is in a more secure unit indoors which puts my worries at ease. The place itself is clean and well-managed. I feel good having my personal belongings taken care of.

Nice and clean facility, however they increased my rent for almost 40% after 3 months. I have never had such experience with any rental before. Its not customary, fair, nor smart.

Tony and Beth have welcomed myself from day one I moved over here the first month of May from public storage where things weren’t working out for me I had been there since 2012 my storage was broken into and I refuse to stay there any longer I came over here and met with Tony & Beth, I did my paper work within 5 mins I had a new unit, Thank God for Security Public Storage, plus the awesome customer service they have, Tony & Beth

Used their services for a year and I didn’t face any issues. Their units are among the better secured ones I’ve come across so far. Service is fantastic too - they are responsive and helpful by both phone and e-mail.
