This place was the worst job I ever had. Full of mean old managers who yelled at me during the interview for not having enough money for a red tie. They made me take showers of chicken blood in the deli when you lift trays of raw chicken into the high up oven. All that for minimum wage. I actually lost money working for Safeway because of the union fees and dress code. Also, Safeway is known for having the ugliest stores and longest lines. Life is a lot better without Safeway!

I purchase my items for pick up, and most of the time they always forget an item. I also purchased garlic bread (the kind in the bag), took a bite and realized it was filled with mold. Absolutely disgusting and definitely not made daily.

Cassidy in the floral department was so patient, friendly, and helpful when arranging flowers for me! She had wonderful suggestions and provided excellent customer service! I will return to Safeway to purchase flowers because of her! Thank you! :)

and needs to improve her approach to Safeway employees
very unprofessional In the grocery business the key to improve is to treat every employee equally, with respect, like if they were your own family , business don't grow with unhappy people

WOW what a nice Safeway so much different than my Safeway in Manteca now why can't we have a pretty Safeway like this one. I never understand how the same store brand can be so pretty and nice in some areas and some areas it's a dump. I hate shopping at my Safeway was giving up on Safeway as I always remembered growing up since a little girl when my dad would bring me Into work with him Safeway raised girl here and this Safeway hits the spot it's so well set up so many selections I never knew existed since my Safeway does not have them. The bakery smelled oh so good and fresh just walking by I don't Have that at my Safeway bakery was so beautifully set up so many selections such pretty cakes on display every aisle I walked through so so well stocked no empty shelves lines moved fairly well found everything we needed and more I wish I didn't live so far away otherwise this would be the Safeway I drove out of my way to to do my shopping. Keep it up Safeway this store is a role model for me

Love the new store however service is lacking. I acknowledged one employee with a nod and a smile but was dismissed, and asked another for help but was told to "read the signs" lol. The clerk at check out was inaudible and seemed like she was hardly present. I worked in a grocery store at their age and this lack of attention would never be tolerated or ignored. These days, they just hope you pay for your stuff and don't bother them smh. Having said that, this store is better than most.

Beautiful store. Great selection. Absolutely useless staff. No one know basic food items and the answer is always "it could be in aisle...." Yeah it could be but it's not. Please, we need more robots and fewer people who don't take pride in their jobs.

Love this store. Great, fresh products. Victoria was super helpful notifying me when a product I was looking for hit the shelves, which is a very high level of customer service that made my day.
