Wow. Amazing customer service from Jesus at the cashiers. He helped me get additional discounts by enrolling me onto the Safeway app, and he also taught me how to get all the coupons. These were very simple things but I appreciate that he even took the time, care, and consideration, for his excellent customer service. Job well done, Jesus!

Please tell your employees (brunette woman, 2/10, 5:30pm) to stop whining about their jobs loudly on the floor by the self checkout and Starbucks counter. After working a full day in retail/hospitality myself, the last thing I need to hear when heading home is people complaining about their jobs. However justified it may be, tell them to take it to their boss/HR privately and not argue in front of the customers. Looks really badly on Safeway.

It seems like Safeway don't train their employees properly,last week my girlfriend and i were passi g by this store so i suggested to grab a couple of beers,when we got to the register,cashier or checker Felicia asked for ID so my girlfriend showed her her Passport since we both lost our Ca ID on a Trip,Felicia refused rudely to take her passport,as a professional bartender certified by ABC know for a fact that passports are a valid form of ID issued by government. we asked to talk to the manager,she approached to the register and told Felicia it was ok to take it,Felicia got really upset after that maybe because she realized she was wrong,and started throwing our groceries around lol. that shows lack of training of your employees which makes your company look bad,employees like Felicia makes you guys look RACIST and untrained,i will never come back to this store.

When you call customer service, after being on hold six or seven minutes, someone picks up the phone and ends the call without answering. Happened repeatedly. Too bad, because some of the employees in person helpful and professional.

$6.99 for a gallon of milk. All milk. Doesnt matter. $6.99 for a box of cereal$6.99 for a pint of ice cream$7.99 for a boxed sandwich$2.89 for a redbull.$16.99 for a pound of tritip with a giant fat cap they hide with the packaging.$12.99 for a pound of grapes. All bread is trash.Half the strawberries are moldy. You'll end up spending $20 a meal and you'll have to cook it. Don't buy here. if you do they'll just keep raising rates. Safeway is a bunch of hawks looking to eek out every red cent they can from customers.

I can't believe Safeway got me again if I wasn't so tired I'd go back and give him this dry ass traditional rotisserie chicken they have and it was missing a wing it actually look like it was old I don't know what to say it only cost it was on sale on the table I think for $7.99 or 899 but it's the principle I work everyday and I'm on a fixed income I can't do nothing with this not even chicken salad it's just a wrap I should have went to Sprouts like my first thought so don't buy anything off their heated tables cuz they probably been there all day Safeway's like Heiser they like bullies they on every corner and you don't get what you're paying for

This Safeway store is very messy and unclean. During my recent visits, the last few months I have seen their floors are usually wet and slippery. On June 9, 2022, I visited the store on aisle 5, I was shopping along the shelves in that lane, and all of a sudden, I slipped and fell face down, luckily I only hurt my front calf but was not able to get up, one of the customers helped me up. The store people helped me with Band-Aids and made up to me by offering a gift certificate. But while I was still there recuperating, I noticed it took them about an hour before they started to clean up the slippery floor. Then, a few weeks later, I went back to Safeway and noticed on the aisle next to 5 (could have been 4 or 6), there was iced tea in gallon plastic bottles having their lids lose and as soon as I picked up the bottle, all the tea flew out. Good thing no one was around but I did notify one of the staff there to clean up the floor. Today, October 15,202, at about 7 pm, I noticed in the produce dept. all the Kiwi and strawberries were scattered all over the floor near the front checkout counters, and the police were called. Though I did not know what happened, it was quite a scene. This evening I bought some Sparkling water in a pack of 8. There was a special at 2 packs for $6 (3.49 each pack). I bought 4 packs. Because of the chaos at the store, which I mentioned earlier, I forgot to present my Safeway card to get the special offer. Then when I registered my expense on my computer, I realize I did not get the discount of 2 packs for $6.00, so I went back to the store at about 10:50 pm. The cashier was nice enough to give me my refund of $1.96 for the overcharge of 0.49 cents for each pack so I got a refund of 1.96 but I did not get the sales tax refund back. The cashier insisted that Safeway does not give refunds on sales tax. I told him about other places and times, I did get a refund on sales tax, including this store. Then I requested to see the Manager, hoping he could help me. But to my disappointment, the Manager, Gabe, was very rude and nasty and said it was my fault that I did not present my Safeway card for the cashier to scan. I was irritated by his attitude, and manners, giving me no respect as a frequent customer at that store. I told him I would report him, and he challenged me to do so. I did call the hotline listed on the receipt this evening, but they were closed. I will call tomorrow, if they are closed, I will call on Monday, 10/17/2022.

Ten days ago I signed up for a Moderna booster. Safeway send 3 reminders over that period before the shot. When I arrived today, they had no Moderna booster, only Pfizer. I guess they can't be bothered to inform people who have an appointment that the brand they specified is not in stock.

Came in here for some quick pre-hike food. Picked up a Boar's Head roast beef sandwich and Naked Protein. This refrigerator is not cooling the drinks. Pressed juice that will go rancid if not kept refrigerated. Customers WILL get sick if this isn't remedied NOW! Good news is that they had Naked in another refrigerated area. Also homeless guy talking about how he woke up earlier that morning having been "bitten" by a woman. He was picked up by EMS.

While looking for some produce there, I asked Karl for some help in finding some produce. I had to ask 3 times before he would answer me. When he finally did, the only thing he said was that he could not help me. He was very rude and very unhelpful. Poor customer service and extremely unprofessional was Karl. If you go to this store, know that Karl is a bad person to ask your questions to.

The deli staff is slow and inconsiderate. Came in on a Saturday and waited 10 mins and no one asked if I needed assistance. I eventually asked if there was anyone working in the deli and the staff looked right at me and ignored me. I'm extremely disappointed I wasted my lunch break.

0 for this Starbucks.. seems like every time I go to this Starbucks the cashier and barista are always more on their personal talks and will be Extremely rude when taking orders. Won't even wait until I complete my order. Honestly this it the second time that happened in a week. I would really appreciate a little bit of respect it's part of their job. Maddie it's always here and always rude.
