I came in this Ross store to find some Christmas gifts! This was, without a doubt, the cleanest, most organized Ross store I have ever been in!! It was also very well stocked, even during the holidays. With all that organization, the gifts were easy to find. Even the checkout line was quick. I also found some really good deals in here, that's always a good thing!! This store is located in the Main Street Plaza in downtown Walnut Creek!

Excellent selection with great prices. Much better than the Ross stores in the Emeryville Berkeley & El Cerrito áreas. It's worth driving there for a plentiful selection!

Cool place to get some random stuff for a very low price. However, I showed up on a Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. because that's they're posted store hours because I needed to pick up my Amazon package. The store was not open but you could see staff walking around back and forth and they just ignored me and everyone else that was waiting at the door. Waited 15 minutes and they still haven't opened the store so I left. I could understand if they're running a little behind and they need to open the store a little later, but not letting anyone know what's going on. Was kind of irritating and very unprofessional.

I like that they have a bunch of discounted random items. the discount on top of the discounted things are my favorite. lots of beauty and home supplies. not a huge fan of their men's clothing options but that's just me.

Most unfriendly store I've been to a while. Everyone was unfriendly, kind of rude, and acted totally put upon. The only person who was friendly was the security guard.
