Was totally ignored as I walked around this overpriced store. Employees choose to laugh and giggle with each other. Will not return.

I love pottery barns furniture, however they don't follow up on complaints. I bought a table and chairs and the table frame isn't structurally correct and it's been almost a year since they've corrected it. They're customer service needs a help.. hopefully they see this review and make changes

They might have aimed too high, placed too low. Like Pottery Barn, they probably shouldn’t be selling.The sales was mentally impaired and couldn’t express her logic in a sensible manner, leaving customer feeling awkward and complicated in something.
