Appointment doesn't mean anything to them. Give your self at least an hour wait even with an appointment. Don't make your appt around 12-1 since mostly they are eat and slow moving.

I waited about an hour and a half as a walk-in before I finally gave up. They spent 20-30 minutes with each patient, and I could hear them laughing and talking all of the time. I’ve been a walk-in many time, and have always been helped within 30 minutes tops. I will never go this location again as they are very slow and unprofessional.

I frequently have to get my blood drawn. In all my years getting my blood drawn I have never had a bruise. This week I got my blood drawn at Quest. When my blood was being drawn it hurt and the next day I ended up with this huge bruise. If this happened to me before, I would understand but it has never been the case. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

One of the worst places I have bin, very unprofessional stuff, and no customer service , made appointment at 16:10 still waiting so 16:35 despite arriving 20 minutes earlier.

I'm surprised to see all the poor reviews. I had a 5 star experience every step of the way. I was in for a blood draw on 15 Sep. Check-in was easy (bring your QR code, ID, insurance card). Draw was painless and professional (phlebotomist = Brie). If your orders are from Stanford then advise you to bring paper copies since the two systems don't always communicate - in my experience. Either I got lucky or this location has turned things around.

Absolutely terrible. Showed up on time for my appointment. Waiting room was full with a dozen or so people. After half an hour of no service and no patients taken in, an old man that had been there got tired of waiting and knocked on the door. Nobody came. Knocked again. Lady bursted out rude. Couldn't tell us how long the wait would be. An employee walked by and said "what a bunch of entitled people". I didn't think efficient care and good service at a medical facility was an entitlement. Never going to this location again. Beware.

My wife and I walked in on a Saturday for testing. The wait time is around 15-20 minutes and the turnaround is pretty fast. The staffs here are professional, kind and patient. Recommended.

Do not expect to be seen on time for your appointment. Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time, had another appointment and needed to leave. Extremely slow service despite there being 2 phlebotomists.

Showed up with an appointment. Waiting room was full. They were 30 minutes behind. Was told that it was corporate's fault as they overbook every day.

Just go somewhere else if you can. No staff at the counter - everything is automated. Even the phone line for this company is a robot and does not give you the chance to *speak with someone.* They dont want to be here, or deal with you, clearly, so try another company.
