Love this place! It's so affordable - $10 per person, everything was DIY by the owner who is clearly very passionate about mini golf. And loved the extra three holes that had a fun twist to mini golf. Would highly recommend team bonding, family outings, and for small kids.

We went here for the first time after doing an online search for mini golf places as we like to go to all of the ones in the bay area. This place is small but has a unique course. It wasn’t crowded so if you have little ones who are impatient when it comes to waiting for the people in front of you to be done then this might be the place for you. And you get to put a sticker on the board every time you get a hole in one. There are 21 holes with a few extra bonus holes. You can also purchase a souvenir ball at the entrance/exit for $4 with a cute picture on it. Overall we had fun and will likely be back.

Outdoor mini golf course with 23 holes. It had a good variety of holes with different features and configurations. A couple unique designs I haven't seen anywhere else and it's fairly spread out so it was never busy and we didn't ever have to wait for another group to go before proceeding. It took about 30 mins for my kids to clear it, but the management didn't care that we went again and tried some of the games/challenges that were set up. Very reasonable price also.

Fun, chill, low key place to kill some time for kids, adults, and adults with kids. It's conveniently located near the shops and restaurants in Downtown Martinez so plenty of food options before or after. I appreciated how while there is certainly a course, there was no set pathway so the kiddos could move about more freely and get out of other people's way. Would definitely come back. Looks like a great place to throw a party, too.

We were two couples on a Friday afternoon looking for something outside to do. This was really fun! We laughed so hard and had a blast trying to outdo one another. The holes were challenging, but not too hard. We recommend!

This is located in the parking lot of an abandoned building. The holes are all basically the same. What an odd set up. I appreciate that it's low key and homemade but its really funky. Don't waste you time.

Awesome homemade course! Been here a few times now and it never disappoints. You can play a game for 10 bucks and then get food at the Habit when you’re done!

This is our go to place for large gatherings and private parties. Shawn and his awesome fiancé are always very responsive and knowledgeable and helpful. The price is the most reasonable you’ll find for kids parties and you can bring your own food. We highly recommend them to anyone! A+

This is a great hole-in-the-wall golf course! 21 holes but 3 extra holes just for fun. Each hole has something fun and unique. There's one hole that's a cross between pinball and plinko; several with bridges or moving targets; and two that are Rube Goldberg-esque. Very creative and fun course! We enjoyed it, as did our 4 year old. Very family friendly. This golf course is home made by the owner so there are some imperfections in the course, but we thought that made it even more fun! It was also more creative than other more corporate-type mini golf courses.They hold birthday parties in the mornings. There is also a second location in Martinez we can't wait to check out!

We came to Putter's in downtown Walnut Creek to kick off summer break. Upon arriving, I quickly realized that it was closed! With four excited kids waiting, I panicked - until the owner, Sean, happened to show up. He was prepping for a private party and allowed us to come in and play while he set up. Wow!! He saved the day and the kids had a great time! The course is a lot of fun and much bigger than I expected from the street view, below. Lots of shaded, comfy seating if you just want to watch the kids. We're grateful to Sean and will definitely be back soon!

I took my kids (4 & 12) and my niece & nephew (14 & 10) here on a weekday during Spring Break. It wasn't too crowded. I enjoyed it and felt it was a good value for the $10 per person. The course is hand made and fun. They may not be as long as some other courses but unique. There were like 22 holes on the course plus a few challenge holes. It took the 5 of us about an hour to get thru the course and we weren't waiting for others to finish ahead of us. Not sure if it's busier how it would affect the time. I think this could be a fun time for all ages and for a date or a group (birthday or work).
