Not all Benjamin Moore paint stores are alike. What sets this store apart is the customer service. I had my exterior house painted. After a portion of the body and trim painted, I started doubting my color selection. I was pretty upset with my color selection and went down to the paint store to look for other colors. The manager, Raz, saw how upset I was. He offered a very competitive pricing since I had already purchased the original paint. I also consulted with Yoni, one of the color consultants whom I also highly recommend. Both helped me through the process. I ended up just changing my trim color and only suffered a 1 day delay. Now I love the color of my house and will be a forever fan of this paint store because of Raz and Yoni!

Amazing place! customer service excellent! In person they aim to exceed your expectations in every way. My first time there and I was beside myself with how professional, friendly and HELPFUL they are . Emphasis on helpful . I arrived after 3:30 PM to order two 5 gallon paints , plus 4 separate gallons of two other different paints. I didn't expect to pick it up till tomorrow afternoon. Oh contraire. They went to work in minutes and prepared all the paints same day, and carried them out on a dolly personally to my car by 4:05pm . The pricing was great ! The interaction from beginning to end was great . The manager gave me incredible information and was fantastic. They gave me expert finish and grade advice and delivered on everything they said they would. You won't ever go anywhere else once you experience the service here. Highest recommendation from me. I'm going back next week to get a free color consultation from one of their professional designers (they are available for hire to come to your home ). So excited I finally found the place to make my dowdy looking home look top notch .

I really believe this is the best place to purchase paint in this area. The top paint contractors shop here and the quality of their products are first rate. Since I was a contractor in my past life, I always favor the commercial grade tools and products and this place does not disappoint.So why not give them five stars? Because I used Benjamin Moore paint on my house several years ago and the paint still looks amazing. However, the leftover can went bad and I threw it away without writing down the color - which was a stock item at the time. Unfortunately, they now mix every color to order so they had to match when I needed to paint around a new light fixture. For some reason, it took five days to match the color (said nine people were in front of me) which seems outlandish. Then, the new color barely matches my existing so I spent a lot of time and money with a poor outcome.I’m pretty easy going and I think this is still the best paint store in the area but I wasn’t terribly happy last time in. I’ll see how they do the next time I need to purchase or match paint.And yes, I’m aware other places carry the same brand.

One of the workers in here is a d*** I asked for help on a fireplace paint and he told me to google it. Seriously F*** off. I'm not paying out the a** in paint for my whole house to the most expensive paint store around for them to tell me to check google and give me attitude.
