The staff are friendly and kind. They listen and make thoughtful recommendations. The whole team has a great sense of humor and are welcoming. The facility is clean and maintained daily as well as supervised. Help is always accessible during office hours. I am a long time renter and have been very satisfied!

Bianca is fantastic! I am dealing with a complex issue involving a lot of logistics, and Bianca handled it with remarkable patience, care, and understanding. She ensured that I received all the necessary documentation and guided me through every step of the process.
I've used Price Self Storage before, and the customer service continues to be awesome. Bianca reviewed the history of my rentals from earlier in the year and quickly understood the situation. She also went above and beyond by helping me save money, starting my bill on the day of move-in. It's rare to find such dedicated and thoughtful service, and I truly appreciate her help! Thank you for making this experience smooth and positive!

I went in to buy boxes and the lady Carrie was super awesome and so helpful. She also helped me with a mattress cover too. So very nice.

Drew at price self storage Walnut Creek was SO HELPFUL- I had moved 3x in 2months - & had already rented 2 units in san francisco-
FINALLY - price self storage was so amazing- I was kinda shocked by the friendly, helpful service.
drew helped me find the cheapest unit for my needs, helped with the lock, locating the unit, - he made sure I was clear on the exit strategy & rules
he made it so easy I was able to relax a little- I've moved 2x since and finally settled in LA. - in my journey since Nov- price self storage was the biggest helper. thank you-
I highly recommend- if need storage in the east bay- PSS Walnut Creek is superb.
