We only rented with Premium Properties for a year but within that year they were great to work with. Quick response time and if we needed anything serviced it was done in a timely manor.

Overall I was very pleased working with Premium Properties. They were very responsive and helpful when I needed it. I would definitely use them again.

So far after living in one of their properties, I am very pleased with their response. Timely, professional and thorough...and with keeping their tenant in the loop! Communication is polite and respectful of time and the situation.
