Jen Jensen is amazing: Extremely knowledgeable and infinitely patient. I wouldn't have been able to remodel my two bathrooms without her! I was referred to her by a friend. Thank goodness!!!

Joseph, Rick and their team helped us with a variety of projects and repairs in our new house. They made sure everything was how we wanted it and up to our standards before packing it in the last day. The quote was right on target. Will def be calling for future projects.

We had a great pleasure working with Jen Jensen at PBK who helped us select all the plumbing, fixtures, lights and hardware for our remodel. Jen is so knowledgeable, has a great sense of style and attention to detail. Her work helped us to bring everything together. We are looking forward to working with her again in the future!

I was walking around downtown with my family, saw PBK on Google, and walked over. And while I saw the "Appointment Only" sign on the door, I was annoyed that they did not mention this online when I was searching for a kitchen/bath showroom. Not only that, but the sales rep completely ignored me when I knocked on the door to ask some quick questions; she literally looked up at me then looked away. Complete unacknowledgement, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Open by appt only. Brought my whole family to the store to pick out things for bathroom remodel and could not even go in. You should post that you are closed on your websites so people don't waste their time coming for nothing

I purchased a kitchen faucet and the accessories the deck and the soap dispenser. They were order separately, and my salesman Dan kept me informed on the turn around time. Nice high end fixtures.

It is a miserable experience! You have to wait sales in 7 days! It has been 1 month, but still haven't finished order yet! It took 2 or 3 days to response email! Only simple questions but still need wait 2-3 days to get answers! I don't feel any customers service here!

I came after making an appointment (which they HIGHLY recommend). After hours of web surfing trying to pick faucets for bathroom remodel, I decided I had questions and needed to talk with an expert. I'm so happy I made that decision. I was helped by Jen and she was great. I told her my must haves, the first being I needed it as soon as possible. She was able to narrow down the brands that were in my price range and in stock, ready to ship. These were brands I hadn't found online during my own searches and the price point and style were just what I was looking for. Jen was able to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I really wish I had just come here when I started this bathroom remodel. I would have saved time browsing the internet getting no where. Their prices were great and discount given I definitely will be returning when we start our master remodel. It will save me time and I trust I will get just what I need.

My partner and I recently visited PBK in order to design our master bathroom. We were greeted at the door by Michelle and Caliss. Michelle explained the store layout encompassing several manufactures and multiple styles. One informative aspect to the store is an interactive display where you can evaluate shower heads and observe water flow in person. Michelle also explained to us some of the rules regarding water conversation in California, which was really useful in selecting fixtures. Michelle then helped us book a last-minute appointment with Angela despite the fact that they were very busy. Angela was FANTASTIC, helping us with bathroom design, fixture selection, and fixture placement. We had such a great experience working with PBK. We highly recommend them and will certainly work with them again.

Edited review: I want to adjust my prior review to reflect the good service that I received from Jenn, and to a knowledge that in a moment of frustration, to focus on the negative while dismissing the positives. Jenn did make recommendations for products of similar quality and style. I was looking specifically for House of Rohl and Dormbracht products. When I made mention of my concerns regarding these products, she was communicative and did reach out to her manager. I was offered items at discounted price, but could not justify an added 1000 in product after spending 3,000 on 4 items. Jenn was respectful during all our meetings and conversations, and I appreciate that immensely. I do recommend that should you decided to purchase products at PBK, you work with Jenn. In addition, I suggest you consider the following. I recommend making an appointment to receive a focus level of service. I also recommend that you vocalize whether or not you are working with a designer, because then, the sales associate at PBK will know if you need more detailed attention to the specifics of the products you're considering. I think this step is critical! Give yourself plenty of time to work with an associate - at least 1.5 hours. I suggest that you not feel pressured to make your final decision without seeing the product in person. Original review: I always go in hoping service will improve, but I always leave disappointed since staff is more interested in chatting and talking about other employees while customers try to figure out products. Their showroom is limited. I once asked how I could gauge different product functionality and quality, if they could bring a product in, and I was told to look for it at another showroom and purchase it at Premier Bath. When I asked for help on additional products, I was told to go to Bed Bath and Beyond because they'd have more selection. They wouldn't even bother to look at other products or ask someone else for tips. I also ordered 3,000 worth of faucet equipment. I knew the brand I wanted, but the sales person failed to give me information that would have been helpful. I feel like if I don't know the product, I might make assumptions or not know what questions to ask. My pull out faucet doesn't spray, and I thought it did. I could spend another 400 on top of the 1300 I already paid for the faucet. The soap dispenser doesn't come with a bottom flange, but I can purchase at the discounted price of 400 instead of the 500 I already paid. Seriously, it took the sales person 45 minutes to make a commission off of my 3,000 purchase with limited effort. I seriously should have considered purchasing online. I'm feeling really frustrated today as I try to scrub the crud off the grate I was upsold on the 1000 sink. BTW, it would be easier if I had a spray faucet.

A wonderful place! Friendly, welcoming and a lot of product knowledge in helping customers achieve their purchasing goals. I would consider making an appointment to ensure you have time to spend with a consultant on looking through product options and getting all questions asked. You can tell the ladies love their job. Angela Cathey deserves a "10 Star Salute" for her outstanding customer service and persistence in locating a hard to find sink piece for our farmhouse style concrete sink. She demonstrates professionalism at its best and is a great asset to the PBK Team!
