My experience with Porcelanosa as a company is the one from a nightmare. I fell in love with the design. Purchased 2 vanities and 2 sinks 3 months before we were ready to install them. Stored the items in boxes in the garage until they were needed. Opened the boxes for the installation - 2 out of 4 items are damaged ( a vanity and a sink). Porcelanosa refused to replace them because of their 30 day return policy. We were offered to buy a replacement set at 50% off. Was not surprised when discovored that the replaced vanity is missing mounting brackets. Called customer service in San Jose with request for replacement, sent photos of what was needed with detailed description -a week later got the wrong part. Called again, was told that the part is coming from Spain - WRONG part sent again. We've been trying to complete our bathrooms projects since July - can't do it because of Porcelanosa. You will not get customer support if you run into a problem. STAY AWAY from PORCELANOSA!

I purchased a Noken Smart Shower Column model 100283346 at Porcelanosa Walnut Creek and picked it up at the San Jose warehouse on 2/6/23. Upon picking up the shower column and inspecting it, I noticed that the left water flow handle seemed loose and wobbly compared with floor models set up in the showrooms. However, for the high price of the column, I hoped the movement wasn't cause for concern. I followed up with pictures and video with Noken after my Porcelanosa sales person failed to follow-up with Noken on my behalf (or with me) and Noken in Spain replied to me that the handle movement was normal. Upon installing the column, water was gushing from the handle. Luckily my contractor was able to tighten the cartridge inside. At the direction of my wife (but against my judgement) I also purchased and picked up three NK One toilets model 100245953 on 2/16/23 from the San Jose Porcelanosa warehouse. Upon install, two toilets were observed (and thoroughly tested) to have slow leaks from the bottom rear corners of the toilet bodies, not from the flange/wax ring area or leaking associated with the fill valve connections. Porcelanosa accepted the return of the toilets, which I thank them for, but they would not consider an exchange which indicates they do not have confidence in their Noken products. Noken products look very nice but their manufacturing processes and quality control are in need of review. If you encounter a defective product, expect to expend a lot of time and effort, and many emails and phone calls to prove the defects to get your money back. I appreciate the help of August at the San Jose showroom to assist with the toilet return. I do not appreciate that the salesperson at the Walnut Creek location did not help me with the shower column. I will be avoiding purchasing any more Noken products or other products from Porcelanosa.

Dropped into Porcelanaso in a panic this afternoon. Needed some emergency layout advice for a project. Rita was amazing. So patient and calmly walked us through our options and we came out with a plan. She was fantastic. Thanks for saving the day.

We were looking for Bathroom Remodel idea/design inspirations, and surely their showroom has good stuff on display. Tile quality is great and the collection. Jack Kyle was kind enough to receive us without appointment, when we walked in one weekend evening. Jack walked us through options, and he even helped us with design ideas, we transformed so 90s bathroom into something modern, with Jack's help. May be covid is to blame, things you want may not be in stock, but Jack was kind enough to help us with the alternative items that are in stock, and still keeping the original design in mind. Great Place for Good Quality Tile and designs.

I am doing a whole-house renovation, and I am looking to do wood-look tiles for my flooring throughout my new home. Of all the different wood-look tiles I have had the chance to see in person, Porcelanosa's selections look and feel the best by far. My architect / contractor referred me to Jack Kyle, and I am so grateful he did.Jack is well versed in design theories and has plenty of real-world project experiences. What makes Jack truly special is his problem-solving capabilities. When Jack saw that a particular sample I needed was no longer available, he found two vinyl samples that matched closely to the ceramic tile I had requested. Thanks to those two vinyl chips, I was able to make the right finish selection with another vendor. Jack's quick thinking and strong dedication to customers, coupled with his incredible attention to detail, have made him an indispensable design partner, as I pick out the right tiles to realize the vision I had for my new home.Jack sits at the desk that is closest to the main entrance.

I'm an architect and Porcelanosa is my go to place for beautiful, modern and unique tiles and bath fixtures. Their showroom in Walnut Creek (also in SF an San Jose) is a great place for design inspiration. I've been there a lot recently and always get great service, but I want to give a shout out to Jack Kyle who helped me find the perfect in-stock tiles when the ones I planned on using were suddenly gone. I will post a picture once the tiles are installed. Picture below is from a previous project. Thanks Jack!

My experience with Kim at Porcelanosa has been beyond exceptional. I have been working with her for the past few months to choose materials for a major remodel of our house. Kim has been an incredible design consultant with a keen eye for detail. She is very patient, prompt in answering questions and open and supportive to discuss design options and ideas.I chose to go with Porcelanosa because of the exceptional customer service provided by Kim to meet our design needs!

I walked in the store on Monday at 2:00 pm. No one was at the showroom except two employees. I went in and no one greeted or acknowledged me. The two employees just stared at their computers and ignored me. Even if they are in the middle of something work related, a polite acknowledgement would have been nice. I browsed around and asked some questions at one lady and she gave me a quick response and was rude. I have plans of remodeling three bathrooms at my house and would like to get some ideas on tiles. But no one seemed interested or eager to talk to me. They probably didn’t want my business. I do NOT recommend this company at all. If you are looking for service, don’t bother coming here. Not worth it! Go somewhere else where they treat and appreciate their customers with top notch service! They are off my list!

We purchased tile, a vanity, and a faucet from Kim. Since their warehouse is far from our house, we wanted to pick everything up at the same time to avoid extra trips. Kim insisted we pick things up in two trips or she would give up some of the items that we ordered and paid for to another customer if they weren't picked up. When we were ready to install our faucet, we learned that we were missing a few parts. This not only delayed our remodel, but we now had to worry about the parts being in stock. Our sales person should have informed us that the additional parts would be needed for installation. In addition, we saw scratches on our faucet and because we were forced to pick it up before we needed it, we didn't catch the scratches in time and Merced Acevedo provided the worst client experience we have ever had. Not only did he blame our contractors for scratching the faucet, but he wasn't willing to work with us to offer a replacement. They truly do not value customer service. We love their tile and have spent lots of money with them, but will think twice when we needed to make purchases in the future.

After looking through many different store for supplies for our bathroom remodel around the bay, we were able to find good quality tile, tub, toilet and Vanity at the Walnut Creek store. Customer service was very prompt and back ordered items all arrived within quoted time without any issues. We are very happy with service that we've received from Kim, Ignacio, Rita and Roman. Will definitely frequent them for future projects.

Kim, at Porcelanosa-Walnut Creek Store- has been wonderful.Very helpful and patient while helping me choose my tile.Had a problems with a few tiles that got damaged during shipment and Kim promptly replaced them. Very satisfied with their service.
