Such a wonderful and caring service. Dr Cheryl came to our home and helped us through our passing of beloved Tigger. Dr Cheryl suggested to having our other animals say good bye as well. They were able to do so on their own terms. Wish there were 10 stars to give, but alas only 5. Also the fees for services are right on the mark. Very pleased and humbled to know that Dr Cheryl is here for us in our animals time of need.

This last Wednesday morning Laurie and I oversaw the passing of our beloved Border Collie, George. Cheryl helped us through the process in a manner that was not only professional, but comfortable and kind-hearted... as I see noted by others. I can confirm this. Putting down a furry friend is very stressful, of course. George was about 15 and fast deteriorating with kidney disease. Laurie and I agonized over the decision but decided to let George go while he was mid-way thru decline rather than to allow him to suffer for months on end... or God Knows How Long. In any case, here is a picture of Georgy-Porgy when he was a happy maniac. Look at that snootch! We loved him very much. Thank you, Cheryl, for your help with this. It matters.

Dr Ramos made one of the hardest days we have ever experienced, bearable. From the time we contacted her, to the moment we lost our pup, and afterwards, she was compassionate, patient, unhurried, calm, understanding - I could go on and on. Thank you Dr Ramos for gently guiding us through the day that we dreaded the most, and for relieving our precious dog from pain and discomfort. We will always be grateful for you - thank you.

I was so grateful that we could say goodbye to our sweet Abby in her own home. Cheryl was very calm, compassionate and supportive. She explained the process and told us what we could expect with each step. Abby was a very anxious and nervous dog but seemed very calm and peaceful and just went to sleep. Cheryl I can't thank you enough for making this very difficult time a little easier for us and Abby.

Sadly, we lost our 14.5 y/o Rudy shortly after Thanksgiving this year. This loss was especially painful, as he was the second of our senior pups to pass within the past 2 years. I had heard about Dr. Ramos after our first loss, and was so glad that we contacted her. It's so much easier to say goodbye in a place where your pet is comfortable and not afraid, and she was absolutely the best - very communicative and understanding. I don't think saying goodbye can ever be easy, but we did feel that Rudy passed comfortably and without fear, and she was so gentle and professional from the start to the moment she took him away. I really feel that she made this whole ordeal so much easier. As a side note, for those who may have financial concerns, I can say that the cost was less than going to the veterinary hospital.

It was a heartbreaking experience losing my beloved kitty (rescue) of 12 years. Fortunately I found Pets Eternal Rest when it was time to let him go. The Vet came to my home and took the time to learn a bit more about my kitty. The Vet was kind, compassionate, unhurried & gentle. Pets Eternal Rest’s gentle, knowledgeable manner removed any doubt that it was too soon. Thank you Pets Eternal Rest.

If you love your pets, this day is always the toughest. Having been through it so many times before, we decided to try having someone come to the home. For us, it made a big difference. From having to make that drive to taking your pet out of it's comfort zone at the end of its life are all heavy burdens. Not to mention, it's not easy to get an appt at your vet with little notice and none of us can really forecast that day with precision. I know I have trouble with it. Dr. Cheryl was great, quick to respond, professional and efficient. We've used her twice and recommend her services. It'll never be a good day but you can make it the best it can be.

I would give Dr Ramos 10 stars if I could. I had one of the toughest week of my life , after setting the appointment to put my 15 year old dog down. I was filled with doubts, stress, sadness , guilt , basically all of the grieving emotions. When I met Dr Ramos I instantly felt at ease. Her professionalism, caring, and compassionate ways really made one of the hardest times a little easier. She helped me feel at peace with my decision and I believe my dog and my kids needed that. I was calm so my kids were also calm and was able to be there as well for our dog’s last breath. Today I picked up his ashes and more sadness came, but I felt comfort knowing Dr Ramos and her team took great care of him. I’m so grateful for this experience with Dr Ramos and I would 1000 % recommend her to anyone. ????

We've had two previous experiences of having our dogs euthanized in our home. In our opinion, there is no other way. This gives the animal and the owners, the most comfortable, positive, loving experience. We give Dr. Cheryl Ramos 10 stars for the care that she gave us and our 12 year old, 8lb Chihuahua Terrier Poodle mix dog, Ringo today.Dr. Ramos was professional with her communication via text and face to face. Most of all, she was so caring, compassionate and kind with my wife and I as well as our dog Ringo. My wife is a hospice nurse and knows about the type pf bedside manner people in our situation deserve and need. Dr. Ramos was right on point with ALL OF IT! We felt so comfortable with her and we felt that Ringo received excellent care from her. She was so loving towards all of us. We were all in good hands with Dr. Ramos. She explained the process step by step. She gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes to Ringo. We never felt rushed. Everything went smoothly and naturally. It really was a beautiful way for Ringo to transition. We had him on his favorite couch outside next to our koi pond. We had meditation music on. Ringo had on his favorite sweater and his passports to heaven. We will be recommending Dr. Ramos to EVERYBODY! She has been doing this for 30 years and in our opinion, she is the BEST of the BEST. We will keep calling on her for all of our animals.
