Tremendous job on our company truck. Did it for the price they quoted and in the time frame they stated. I have used the other place down the street (used to be called "Mikes") which was the absolute worst shop I've ever used in my life so it's good to have one honest one in the area. I would give five stars but for some reason my five star reviews won't show and they all go to "not recommended" so I give 4 with note that I mean 5.

Nothing but praise for this business. They fixed my 2021 Ram that was damaged by a valet and it looks like it came off the showroom floor. Flawless. Recommended for body work.

Total slob job on the family vehicle. Repairs were obviously rushed or completed by the blind. No attention to detail. Never once did what they said they'd do and continuously changed stories aka covered their you know whats. This was a reputable shop in its hey day but it's gone downhill. Sad.

the fact that i brought my car back here is my fault... with that being said, i WILL NOT make that mistake again. the lack of detail and endless excuses for delays should be enough for anyone to choose another body shop. DO NOT make the same mistake i have (twice!) and both times, delays followed by excuses. i just got my car back only to find that there's a gap between the bumper and seal (rain channel) big enough that i can put my finger in. i want to pay someone else to fix this so i don't have to deal with them anymore but i believe that if you're paid for a service, you do it right... once i get my car back, i will make sure no one i know will EVER use this body shop

My car was hit by a fallen tree but I was super lucky because (1) nobody was hurt and (2) I found Parker Robb in Walnut Creek for the repairs. Shout out to Andy who walked me seamlessly through the process with professionalism, kindness and even humor - there is no better customer service out there. Parker Robb did an excellent job on the multiple part repairs including dents and glass and I do not hesitate to give this body shop my highest recommendation.

Can't say enough great things about Andy and the team here. Great communication and timing, but most importantly the work was flawless. Horrible service and completely unreliable I brought my car in six months ago when they told me don't worry will call you when to come in .I check in with them every 2-3 weeks to see what's the status and when I can bring my car in! Each time I get the same response that they will let me know and now I just feel like a dumbass that I trusted them And still I have absolutely no service or help my car has looked like this for over six months and at this point I don't blame the collision in Parker Rob for the Unresponsive and horrible customer service ! I'll find another shop to work with I hope this helps those Who may make the mistake and trust them as well!
