If I could give it 0 stars or negative stars I would. I had to get some stuff binded for a binder, and the guy at the desk was super unhelpful and rude. I asked if he could simply bind my paperwork (they had multiple machines for this) he said nope. I asked if he sells the binder machine so I could do it, he said no. He was super short and unreasonable.

It is a leather branch and often not having the employees around can be a headache to look for stuff, so I recommend as soon as you walk in ask for help to get to what you want faster! The good thing is, it's often not crowded at all.

Noah needs a attitude check. Super disrespectful. I understand work is stressful sometimes, but you signed up for that paycheck. Figure it out don't rub your horrible attitude off on customers.

This service here is awful. I went to buy a file cabinet on 11/18/21 and some woman, who I guess was the "manager" said that the guy who could get it down from the top shelf would be back in 15 minutes. That's ridiculous. I told her that I wouldn't wait that long and she just walked away. No resolution, no attempt to find someone else who could help, no effort, and no nothing. In addition to that, everything here is overpriced anyway. I luckily found what I was looking for at Target for half the price.

I am very disappointed in OFFICE MAX. I spend a lot of money over past 10 years but discovered something very disturbing. I looked online for the product I needed. It will tell me if the store I go to have it in stock so I don't make a wasted trip. The labels on their website said, $15.48 per package and I can pick up at the store I go to. When I got there, the price was $18.99 per package. I said that's not the price advertised on your website. So She charged me the $15.48. Had I not said something, she would have charged me $18.99. I also just bought ink cartridge for $46.99. And because of the labels, when I got to my car I looked on website and it's $41.89. $5.10 less!!!!! I was charged the $46.99. That is sooooooo wrong!!!! How many customers is OFFICE MAX taking advantage of on a daily basis!! WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THEY SAID IF I FIND IT ANYWHERE CHEAPER WITHIN 14 days of purchasing they will honor that price and refund different. ADVISE TO THE WISE, always look at there online prices before going there because I have now found MULTIPLE ITEMS cheaper on their website vs in store. BUYER BEWARE. I've also reported this to the BBB. This can't be legal!!! False advertising???? I'm putting this on Yelp to advise as many as I can. I've talked to three companies in our area, all who now say they will not use Office Max online or in store after pointing this out. Let's pass this on SNF make them stop this deceiving behavior. They are taking advantage of our seniors (who most aren't even online) and buy cards there etc. The ink was 10% cheaper and because I wasn't aware it was cheaper on their website, I was charged full amount. They say I can go back to store and they will refund the difference. I shouldn't have to drive to OM twice because they are false advertising. one price online and another in store but will honor their online prices. And if you're smart enough to look on line you can save at least 10% of your bill. I wouldn't say anything if it was a different company that had the lower price, but this company is screwing their own customers. So disappointing!!! I liked the store but not enough to excuse this dishonest behavior!!

Unfortunately - every experience is just like the one before. I try - and I try and I try - and I tryyyyyy .. I can't get no!..) (song) Service sucks Everyone seems miserable Maybe someone can dole out some free hugs Also - it is not helpful for a customer to go into a store to use photo / printing service - to then be told / REQUIRED to do everything online. And also, figure it out yourself. Directions? Nope. Just use what you've got and good luck, kids. Forgot one last thing .... the last time I visited this store / gave it another shot (and it failed me - miserably), I recall the store attendant who was told to help me .. #1 volunteer to NOT help me (but still got the short end of the stick somehow...??) and #2 LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO TO BEST BUY OR PURCHASE FROM AMAZON INSTEAD!!! lo0000olll wow

This is absolutely the worse store ever. I went in yesterday to buy a printer and I paid cash money and I cashier sat there never greeted me and terrible customer service . Take your business else where !

This review is not for the store but for the quality of service I received today from Christina and Antonio. I've been using OfficeMax/Depot for printing important documents for a while now since I don't have a printer. I came in to use the self service printer and both printers were having some technical problems printing. After alerting an associate for assistance, Antonio came over after waiting for about 5 minutes (they were pretty busy in there so I get it). Antonio assisted me in trouble shooting but Christina quickly came over and assisted me on the other side of the counter where the print shop was. She was able to successfully receive my PDF docs via their email and print them for me despite the fact that the print shop technician that is normally suppose to be behind the counter was not present today. Both Christina and Antonio were patient with me and fulfilled my needs. I appreciate you too! Quality customer service!

I have been to this store a number of times, and they are inadequate in several ways. Print people are not friendly or helpful. Computers for Fed Ex drop off frequently are not working and so you cannot get a receipt. Management is not helpful.

I purchased office chairs for my office and it took a few visits to decide as i consider comfort an investment! Every time i came there was a team member that helped andwer my questions. When a chair was not in stock they ordered it for me and had it delivered. One of the chairs did not work out. The return was super easy and the staff helped me get it out of my car as it had to be reboxed with receipt for return. They were all very helpful and offer great friendly customer service! I will definately come back in the future!

Want to praise and recognize the staff for helping with custom print orders over several years. My husband and I are owners of a small business and found working with Chris Beamish on unique print projects so helpful! He was knowledgeable in offering advice and then helped execute the job to our approval. (The most recent need was a tri-folded color brochure.)

This location has an awkward parking lot. I prefer parking closer to the entrance compare to walking from the garage. The inside of Officemax is nice. It is quiet inside but there are times it can be crowded. I don't remember buying anything from this location. I gone inside just to walk around but I don't remember what I bought. If I don't find what I needed at Staples in Pleasant Hill I go to Officemax as an alternative. Luckily Officemax isn't a far distance from Staples in Pleasant Hill...exact same street.

I'm hesitant to write this review but I'm sorry, this is not the first time I patronize this store. I have a small business and like using local resources to print and buy supplies; however, I feel I must! Every time I come in to print something there is 1 printer that is "out of order" the staff at the print department acts like I kicked their cat. The look you get for asking a question, let alone the abrupt answers is enough for me to not use this place again. The self service slowest I have ever used in my life. God forbid you have to print 2 pages. I'm sorry you are not happy with your job. That is not my fault. Once this place closes for lack of Customers and even more lack of customer service, you can be miserable at another place.
