I recently took my Mercedes SL 550 to Nick's Exclusive Mercedes repair. The reason for the appointment was rats and voles had made nests in my car and eaten through the electrical system wiring, thus the car wouldn't run. Nick and Gunther patiently spent countless hours rewrapping the electrical system. At one point my insurance wanted to stop the work and junk the car because it was becoming a tedious job. After much conversation the insurance company and Nick and I agreed to keep working and finish the job. I am so grateful as Nick had my back and knew how much that car meant to me. Nick has been in the auto business for over 43 years. During the six years that I have gone to his shop I have found him to be honest, thorough, upright, dependable, on time and very informative. He always calls and explains each procedure. His shop is spotless and his staff is exemplary. I am proud to call Nick my mechanic as he is always there for me and my car. I highly recommend Nick's Exclusive Mercedes car repair. You won't be disappointed.

I took my car into Nicks on Wednesday, October 4 for a B service . I told the young woman at the desk that I did not want to pay $700 for the service so please let me know just how much it was going to cost and she told me she would call me to let me know and also let me know when the car would be ready. Upon my return, I saw the bill on the desk. The young lady was nowhere in sight. The bill was $728 and I was beyond upset. I feel as if I was scammed and I will never ever return to Nicks again. He just lost a customer. It's basically a bait and switch tactic and unfair business practices!

I called and emailed Nick’s and spoke to both Nick and his receptionist to service my Mercedes Metris. They waited until the day of the appointment to ask about my model and said they’d need to order parts, even though I scheduled a regular maintenance over a week in advance. Multiple emails and phone calls have went unanswered trying to reschedule.

Nick has worked on my GLK 350 for a few years now, and I have found him to be an excellent mechanic. He has been very fair and honest and very dedicated.

I recently had my transmission and other repairs done at Nick's and must say that he and his staff were very professional and friendly. Being Nick's prices were also very reasonable and even with him doing little extras, I stayed within the quoted budget. Being a former mechanic and service manager myself, I'm very impressed with Nick's repair service.Service: Transmission

I took my car to nicks for service. He kept it there three days and spent half an hour to determine that I had a communication problem on the car wanted me to spend $1000 on two batteries before he could do any other work when the batteries are not an issue basically was a big waste of time and I do not recommend using this mechanic, for they do not know what they're doing.

Stop by for first time to get quote on oil change, the women in the front zip out of her mouth service A is $350-$400, I said I just wanted basic oil change, they were to busy to answer me, I left, called Mercedes' dealership they quoted me $350 for service A and $180 for basic oil change, Why would I pay more for mom&pop shop than the dealership around the corner. Thanks but no thanks for the not friendly customer service

After searching Yelp for a new MBZ shop, I gave Nicks a call. Had to wait a week for the next availability but got our ML350 in there yesterday. We brought it in for an A3 service and front brake pads were also recommended. I appreciated that only the necessary services were discussed and service was performed quickly and efficiently.

I've been to other Mercedes Benz shops, but have never come across a mechanic that cares so much about keep cars in good condition as Nick does. The service was beyond necessary. They didn't just fix my car, but clean it inside and out. Their service is thorough and their price is way less than what the Mercedes dealer would quote. Not just that, Nick was very transparent about the issues on my car and even listed what would be of greater priority to be fixed and what would be fixed later. I would keep going back, but their prices went way up.

I have been a MZB owner for over 50 years with many different service companies, mostly Walnut Creek Mercedes. This has been the FIRST time I have felt I was not screwed over the service or fees, and it was the first time I noticed my E ran stronger and more responsive then when I brought it in. He, Nick, and his receptionist Anna were great to work with, great care, great pricing, will not go anywhere else after 50 years of trying! Ed
