Had my car towed to N service Japanese auto repair. Matt was very professional and honest. Unfortunately the diagnosis was beyond what I had anticipated (the repair would cost more than the value of the car). I was given options on next steps (very honest and provided explanations) and will definitely use them for my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend for honest and good repairs.

A great auto repair shop, I highly recommend! They were recommended to us by a friend. Staff was very friendly and very professional, they answered all our questions. A repair was needed to pass the smog test, they found the issue and fixed it. When I brought back my car to the SMOG test station, the guy said N Service had done an excellent job. We have used this mechanic/shop for over 30 years! We trust them with all our vehicles, and Matt, the General Manager is extremely knowledgeable. It is out of our way to take our cars there, but it's worth it.Services: Engine repair

Great service. Finally found a excellent auto repair. Close to where I live. Only thing since of Covid they don't have someone to take or pick you up. I had a neighbor that picked me. It would be a nice walk back to Rossmoor but unable because I just returned from the chiropractor. Thank you for your service.

I was referred to N Service for an issue with my battery draining. They came highly recommended, and rightly so. Communicative, patient, thorough, and under estimate. Matt provided great customer service, and Jason (the owner) called me on his day off, just to keep me in the loop. A great experience, they are my go-to shop now.

My AC had been out of commission for a while by the time I decided it was a problem I had to confront. N Service and Matt was recommended to me by Paul at Frank and Paul's (also amazing, but he doesn't fix ACs). Matt is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He was transparent with pricing, timely with updates, and he went above and beyond to reach out to the dealership to inquire about extended warranty and potential reimbursement. He also caught a battery issue in the process and fixed my popped fender. I can finally enjoy 40 degree air while driving and not worry about battery death on the freeway. Thanks Matt and N Service!

N Service has been my go-to for a couple years now. We tend to be a Honda/Acura family so fortunately as long as you don't abuse your car, regular check ups are usually all you need. They are located off of Mt Diablo Blvd, less than a mile from the shopping district in Downtown Walnut Creek. They often have time available and are very good with communication and transparency with pricing. One really cool experience I had with N Service regarded a flat tire. They don't fix flats and with Coronavirus, many tire shops were closed. Jason found a place, and got my tire fixed free of charge. Wow. Not sure I've ever seen that before. Open Mondays to Thursdays usually, so keep that in mind. They definitely make it a relatively stress free experience.

I have been bringing my cars to N Service for over 20 years. They have been fair,honest and competent. Hard to find those virtues these days! Jason and Matt take good care of my car. Jason is very knowledgeable and really cares about the cars he services. If there were more stars to give N Service I would give them more!!!! Keep up the excellent work. See you next service!

This repair shop was referred to me by my mechanic when it comes to repairing my A/C, and as you can see on my 5-star rating, my experience was excellent! My main and only contact during my A/C repair was Matt, and he was knowledgeable and informative. He checked the issue, provided options and price range, and best of all did not pressure me about the needed repairs. I did opt to have my car A/C repaired, and with it they also provided some perks of checking and informing me of other things my car may need in the future. In addition, the repair was done within a day after I dropped it off the night prior to the scheduled appointment. The place is tucked and a bit hidden at the end of the street. Parking is plenty. I do recommend this place when it comes to A/C repairs and I will come back to have my Smog checked.

If anyone on the East Bay needs their car serviced and doesn't know where to go, please go see Matt and Jason at N Service! My Dodge 2500 went in this morning and I firmly expected it it to stay a week or so. I explained that I'd like to help rescue horses from Napa fires, so if I could get it back earlier, I'd appreciate it. They worked magic and finished it TODAY! THANK YOU guys so very, very much! Super reasonable, friendly, helpful and reliable ⤠⤠â¤
