My experience with Crash Champions was seamless. After my accident, my car was towed there for assessment, facilitated by my insurance, Farmers. Their customer service was attentive and helpful. The following day, they informed me that my car was damaged beyond repair, a total loss. They kindly allowed me to retrieve my belongings from the car before processing it through my insurance. Efficient and accommodating service during a stressful time.

Great customer service! From start to finish, Crash Champions provided excellent, caring service with updates and delivered my car back earlier than originally quoted. Everyone there was friendly and kind. Crash Champions was an AAA recommended body shop, but I’d certainly use them even without it!

Crash champions gave me a quote of over $5000 to repair my rear spoiler on my CRV after I backed into my garage door. My local service shop (A1 Tire and Brake in Walnut Creek) just did the same repair for $950.

Really bad service it took them more than a month to get my estimate, and even after that my insurance company still doesn't have the estimate, so I can't repair my vehicle, would not recommend to anyone

Horrible communication from the auto body side of this business. What should’ve been a simple bumper replacement took four weeks due to the lack of planning and communication. Called after 3 weeks to find out nothing had been done to the vehicle yet, and that they were “waiting for parts”. After 4 full weeks of waiting we showed up at the business to ask, and found the vehicle done and ready… but no one called to let us know.Come to find out, they finished all the work in the course of a few days. That meant we spent 3 full weeks struggling with carpooling, spending money on Ubers, running late to work, even walking home, and the entire time they had our vehicle not doing any work to it.I’ve never used a shop that has worked like this, they’ve always made sure to have the parts and paint ready before they make the appointment. Our vehicle was 100% drivable and did not need to be held from us for such a long time. When we came to pick it up we were given no information or explanations.The lack of communication added so much stress to our lives, and we’re very disappointed and regret coming here.

I came in for an estimate without an appt they were able to advise me immediately. Richard was fantastic helped me with my RAV 4. I had small scratches on the bumper listed my options and was kind enough to buff them out as best he could. I would recommend this company they were very helpful!

I am disappointed. Brought in my car for a quote, they took pictures, said they would email me the quote. Never received the quote. Called them after a few days, they said they would send it immediately. They didn't. Called a couple of days later and the lady on the phone unapologetically stated that the data was lost as part of a system upgrade. Wasted over a week on this. I wish they'd simply notified me earlier instead of requiring the client to chase them. They've lost my business.

I recently had my car repaired at Mike's Auto Body on Broadway in Walnut Creek. There was minor damage to the front bumper area. While I was there, they showed me what things they could see that needed repair and emailed me a repair estimate. While doing the work, they discovered a bit more than needed to be done, so upped the estimate proportionately. During the week my car was there they were great at communicating with me, primarily via text updates and an occasional phone call. Everyone was courteous and efficient, and so this ended up being a very positive experience. Based on this experience, I can recommend them without reservation.Services: Body & Trim

Thanks to Mike’s auto body in Walnut Creek for doing a terrific job on my Honda insight. Jason was my contact person and he always kept me abreast of what was going on. Mike’s is my go to auto body shop unfortunately.
