Crash Champions is a terrific company. I had a rear windshield replaced 4 years ago by Mike's Auto Body Shop which Crash Champions seems to have taken over. Recently, I found that the installation of the windshield was faulty - and even though there could be an argument that this is not their responsibility, Crash Champions honored the warranty for this windshield work. I could not be more impressed and grateful. I highly recommend Crash Champions, and would go back to them again if ever I needed auto body work. Many thanks to Vincent, in particular, who handled my case with professionalism and grace.

Last week during the storms I hydroplaned and caused some damage to my car. With the adrenaline of the accident I had my car brought to Crash Champions to make sure that there wasn't any further damage done. The next morning I spoke with Vince who let me know that the damage to the vehicle is only cosmetic and that I can come pick up my vehicle. They sent a shuttle for me as I didn't have another vehicle handy. Once I got to the shop, Vince went over the details of the car - they had popped my headlight back in, straightened the bumper, and even washed off all the mud. When I asked what I owed them, Vince let me know they had done the inspection as a courtesy. In a scary situation, this was the light in the darkness I needed. This place is terrible. They had my car to fix a front fender bender and had my car for 3 months. They finally totaled my car because they did not want to work on it. They say my car estimate was more than allotted but my insurance was going to cover it with 1k left on the budget. They are lazy and choose which cars to work on. They promised me a 2 week turnaround and it became 3 months! I do not reccomend this place.

I DO NOT recommend.anyone take their car here . They’ve had my car for 2 months and They told me it would take 2 weeks . My insurance company has paid them out and they’re still just telling me a bunch of stories and haven’t returned my car yet. This is the worst service and business I’ve ever dealt with, and they still have my car .The sad thing is ,there wasn’t even that much damage to my car. It was a slight bumper. They don’t communicate with me.. I have to call every week & they tell me a different excuse .Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my repairs. I am only giving them 3 stars because it took 3 weeks to get my car back. Not sure who's fault it was, theirs or car parts, but, when I expressed my disappointment, the Manger's response was unprofessional and unnecessary. A little compassion goes a long way.

Vanessa was friendly and kind and efficient. David gave me info I needed to know and kept me updated. Granted, I don't want to have to bring a car in but...if I needed body work, I'd bring my car here.

I had a mysterious "drooping" bumper. Took it in to Crash Champions( formerly Mike's Auto Body.) Three techs worked on a snapped bracket, pushed it mostly to it's original position...and said, " there you go!"Now THAT is the epitome of great customer service.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a mechanic. I had a minor fender bender, someone rear ended me, so small bump in the back. They tell me it will take a week to fix and I can pick it up on Friday. I get a rent-a-car and go on my way. On Friday I turn my rent-a-car in and go to pick up my car. I see my car sitting over on the side and it appears to have not been touched at all. I go in. The say "oh yeah, we were waiting on a part." "But you told me it'd be ready by Friday." No, it won't be ready for another week. So now I've got to get another rent-a-car because these pieces of sh1t don't have any common sense or courtesy to let me know what's going on. They say they'll call me next week and give me an update. Except no one ever calls. For two weeks. Not once. I kept calling to find out what was going on. Turns out it was going to take another week (so 3 weeks total) and again, I would have never known if I had not called. These fvckng pieces of sh!t never called me about anything. I had to find out everything on my own. I finally go in and pay and turns out my back window will not defrost now. I take it back and tell them to fix it. They claim after a day they can't. So they took 3 weeks to fix a small dent, never called me once about anything and then messed up my back window. Worst service ever. Just absolutely the worst. If I had another issue with my car and these people offered me free service I'd say no. For the life of me I can't understand how a service run this poorly stays in business but I guess there are just a lot of people who need cars fixed and don't care how sh!tty the place is run. A terrible experience from start to finish. F these scumbags. (note no response from these shysters. They are reading this but choose not to say anything. Why? Because they don't care. They are making enough money they don't give two sh!ts about the bad review - and there are a lot. Read some of the other reviews here)

This place has horrible customer service as far as the receptionist is concerned. They scheduled a spot that was already a month out which is a long time but I used them before and work was good so I said ok I’ll wait. When I arrive a month later they have no information on my car. The guy that did my estimate and had the papers remembers me but lost the papers and said he didn’t keep any. So then the lady which was speaking in a rude tone said I have to start the claim all over again and have my estimate emailed over again from my insurance. I said ok but I’m gonna need this expedited because it was there mistake which she wouldn’t acknowledge. She rudely responds with she’s not gonna move around other repairs to accommodate me for there mistake. She must feel entitled as she stated she’s family and there 24/7 I wouldn’t recommend this shop because of her attitude and entitlement. Go to Broadway if your gonna deal at all with Mikes.Service: Body & Trim

Well established body shop in Walnut Creek. This location is one of the smaller ones from the number that they have. They are extremely busy and booked 2 months ahead. If needed, they will provide you with an estimate for the repairs at no cost.
