“I really appreciate this business and recognize how/why sometimes a brick-and-mortar store is really valuable. Yes, you can buy much/most of what they sell on the web. But, you can't try things out on the web, you can't talk to experts on the web, you can't have someone teach you how to use an item on the web, and, when you need something quickly adjusted or repaired, you can't do that on the web. The business really knows the landscape of medical supplies. They have really knowledgeable nice staff that can help you with just about anything you need. They are patient and helpful.
