“Very helpful and professional establishment . So glad it’s under new owners Max and Nicole, they were very helpful with my needs, we needed to rent a lift chair for my husband who just had open heart surgery. I went in on a Saturday and not only did they help me find the right one. They delivered it on Sunday because he was getting discharged on Monday. They’re not even open on Sundays and they went above and beyond to get it to us. Also, we ultimately ended up buying this chair and they were very helpful with the whole decision. I also want to point out that when I went in the store on Saturday, it was extremely busy with customers, but two of their employees checked with me right away and said someone will be with you shortly. I was very impressed that they were so helpful to make sure you felt welcome while they were still helping other customers. I also want to point out that the rental price for the lift chair was unbelievable. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to afford it but it’s not expensive at all. Although I’m hoping that we don’t need more medical supplies in the future I’m confident to know that if we do, this is the only store I’m going to go to. I highly recommend it to everyone.”
