Best experience ever. My wife and I walked in and Josue greeted us promptly and asked what we were looking for and within a few minutes we were getting rung up. Josue is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. This is our second bed from this store and will continue to buy from this location because of the smart and friendly service we received. 10/10 Josue!!!!!

Great customer service. Visited the store at least 5 times trying out the mattresses to make sure I was getting what I wanted and was comfortable with my decision. Bright in different family members on some occasions. Never pressured. The two staff members were always helpful in answering any questions and offered suggestions to help me make an informed decision. Purchased a different kind of mattress from a different store and wasn’t happy with the product, so I was being overly cautious as not to make another mistake.

Amazing customer service! Craig went above and beyond to help us and make sure we got the right mattress and set up and for the right price. Delivery was set up for the following day and they were on time and installed it in about 15 minutes. Great service all around, very happy to go through this specific Mattress Firm!
