This company participates in unethical email spamming. I'm in South Carolina. Why would I need ads from an obviously struggling business. Not to mention, I wouldn't buy from a california based company even if they had the ONLY one.

Our experience at this dealership was simply awesome. My wife has the 2023 Maserati Grecale Modena. She is really happy. We received the red carpet treatment from the time we entered the door until we drove off with the car. The person that lead in this wonderful transaction is our super sales person, Julee Ross. She is very respectful, professional, knowledgeable and was able to immediately answer all our questions with amazing proficiency. Since leaving the dealership, Julee has contacted us several times to see if everything was OK with the car. i have a Maserati and I am in very need of a mechanic I can trust, I just bought my car, and the dealer said they have done fewer things in the car, but I don't trust the dealer, from reading all this negative reviews I won't be taking my car there, if anyone knows I good Maserati mechanic in San Francisco please let me know , thank you guys for all the help if you come true

If you are considering buying a Maserati, I suggest you look elsewhere. I am a DoorDash driver and just delivered a huge meal to the sales department. It was from one of the most popular restaurants in Danville. I drove about 10 miles to deliver it. The tip was one dollar, this kind of speaks to their character. I wonder how they feel about their customers?

This is the WORST dealership you can go to. I live 2 hours away from Walnut Creek, but because of the car I have I have to make the commute to get my car serviced and I try to make an appointment online and it said that I would be confirmed over email. Days pass and I still haven’t received an email so I reached out and called the dealership. I talk to one of the advisors ( his name is Matt) and he’s asking for information and so I told him to give me one moment while I grab the vin number off my car and when I get back the phone hung up, so I’m think we just got disconnected, but no, he hung up the phone and when I tried to call back a lady answered the phone and I said I was just on the phone with Matt can you transfer me over? She says yes and she transfers me over and his line rings and rings and it sent me to voicemail, mind you, lady talked to him and told him that she was going to transfer me over to him and I can hear him in the background talking. So I leave a voicemail and he STILL never got back to me. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE AT ALL. That is not good customer service period.

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL DAMAGED VEHICLES. THEY FALSIFY DOCUMENTS AND THEY LIE LIE LIE!!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND MADE MY EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE. YESTERDAY THE ENTIRE STAFF WITNESSED NIMA (SALES MANAGER) LIE THROUGH HIS TEETH. ANNA, AMIR, AND DEBBIE WERE ALL PRESENT WHEN HE LIED NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT AN INSPECTION OF MY VEHICLE. HE BECAME SO EMBARRASSED, HE RAN INTO HIS OFFICE WHEN HE COULDNT LIE ANYMORE AND REFUSED TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. I WAS FORCED TO CALL POLICE AND FILE REPORT OF FRAUD. ACCORDING TO "NIMA" THE COMPANY NEVER TOUCHED MY VEHICLE, ONLY TOOK IT IN, TOOK MILAGE THEN PARKED IT. HE WAS ADAMANT THAT NO INSPECTION WAS DONE AND REPEATEDLY STATED "WE NEVER TOUCHED YOUR CAR". I THEN STATED :THEN HOW DID YOUR SERVICE GUY MATT SEND THE INSURANCE COMPANY AN ESTIMATE OF THE DAMAGE TWO WEEKS AGO?" HE THEN RAN OUT THE DOOR IN THE RAIN TO THE SERVICE DEPT, CAME BACK AND STATED "WE ONLY LIFTED THE VEHICLE AND USED A FLASH LIGHT, WE NEVER TOUCHED IT THOUGH" LOL. THEY ALSO EXCLUDED ME FROM THE INSPECTION AFTER I MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WANTED TO BE THERE. HELD MY CAR FOR WEEKS AND CAUSED ME AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES. I HAVE SINCE SCHEDULED AN ALL OUT PROTEST TO MAKE THE ENTIRE BAY AREA AWARE OF WHAT THEY DID TO ME. POSTERS, FLYERS, PENDANTS, BALLOONS ETC. I ALSO PLAN TO SUE. I WAS LIED TO, MISLED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY. IM A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER. I SAVED FOR YEARS TO BUY THE CAR OF MY DREAMS BEFORE I DIE AND THAT DREAM HAS BEEN SHATTERED BY " MASERATI OF WALNUT CREEK". I WAS SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I've used this Maserati dealership a couple of times & I have to say the quality of customer service & workmanship is impeccable. Lynette is always great to work with. She deserves recognition for that. I'm a return customer mostly because of her even though I've used other Maserati dealerships in the past so I know what's out there. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is working smoothly & efficiently. And I love efficient people. Colin is always very knowledgeable which boosts my confidence in this dealership. Overall, I would definitely be sending my current & future cars to this dealership.

My key fob wasn't working and I had to try to start my a car a couple times each try. I called the dealership and spoke with Lynette Wright she was super helpful and professional. She asked me to stop by and see if they can change the battery for me. I went to the dealership where Lynette and Nick were so nice to help me put in the new battery with smiles. Your help is much appreciated!!
