I had a wonderful experience at the Lush in Walnut Creek on September 1st! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. They were genuinely interested in helping me find the right product for my needs. Kristen took the time to explain the benefits of their cucumber eye mask and how this product could help soothe and refresh my eyes. Kristen’s made my shopping experience enjoyable. This store is definitely worth a visit!

Michelle at Lush provided such beautiful and excellent customer service! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I stopped by the store today in broadway plaza. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was going to have a great experience. The staff had great music playing, and it seemed like everyone in the store was enjoying themselves. Sophia & Camren were really personable and super helpful. I ended up taking home some of the watermelon soap and a bar of the “Outback Mate” soap. I look forward to coming back and trying more products in the future.

Yelp couldn’t be the only place this review existed: It was a Saturday, 7:57pm. Lush in Walnut Creek caught the eyes of an OG Minecraft player and drew them in with their poster like some kind of enchanting spell. We were warned that they closed at 8pm. But we knew we were walking out like a bandit--after paying of course. The lovely Lush associate that assisted us was Sugar, and like her name, she was very sweet and took her time rang us up. Sugar was more than a transactional merchant; she made sure we knew the Creeper was more than a one-time use shower soap, she let us get the TNT bath both to make sure we defeated the Bathenderdragon, and gave us an imaginary treasure chest to redeem a sample. Thank you Sugar for the extra help and love as we gave all our monies because LushxMinecraft was the best thing ever since Dirty Body Spray.

Customer service is a 10/10. They explain every product to you in detail and are very friendly even if you're not buying everything they explain. There are samples of everything. Masks are made fresh and will be the best thing you've ever put on your face.

I am hurt. I did not feel safe at all. It is a shame that this store racially discriminated me. I was just trying out items (specifically the jelly items) and the lady (I did not get her name) gave me a fair warning about being gentle or else she would have to ask us to leave. I understood that and continued to try the products. She cane back a second time and told us to be GENTLE. We were being gentle. Then we continued to look around and we kept seeing her looking at us. She then walked over to us and told us to leave. Mind you, we didn't do ANYTHING after she warned us. We will never be coming back. Just because we are Asian, it doesn't mean we are a threat.

Friendly staff, not pushy. Good layout for the small storefront. Always a fan of the product over the years. Definitely recommend. Only place I made a purchase from that day after three hours of shopping.

I do like the products that they sell. I love bath soaps and skincare products. But, (and dog lovers don't get mad) I didn't like the fact that they were letting people with animals (big at that) in the store. The products are kept low on the tables and I experienced seeing a dog sniffing all over the soaps. Look, I know dogs can scene good things too. But, I sorry that is insanitary. And while I am on the subject of animals, pick up your dogs shit, Please!! Don't get offended, just get clean.
