the worst staffs/workers i have ever seen! This place needs to change their staff or close down! Theyre ruining the shopping experience at the store and business name! F Rude Staffs all the time!

This market doesn't disappoint. Everything they have for sale is an excellent quality and high variety. It has a superb quality meat butcher dept. offering all the variety you could desire. If you happen to get lucky and find the Lamb Sausages available... get a few, they are amazing. They separately have a full deli, sandwich meat, potato salads, sandwiches made to order, with amazing ingredients and variety. Then, separately, they have an amazing bakery section with deserts like pie, cakes, etc. They care about their staff and the store is always well staffed at checkout. They have everything you need for that recipe.. a one stop shop. Thanks so much!

This store wouldn't know customer service if it waves a red flag in its face. I went into to the butcher to get meat. Mickey the butcher manager, was helping us and not only was his attitude bad from the start, he yelled at myself and my daughter and absolutely refused to help us only because we told him the meat he cut was a little too big. When the store manager came to help us he continued to let Mickey yell at my daughter and myself stating that nothing he ever does is good enough for me.Sounds like he's projecting it you ask me.

I went there with my mother to get meat from the butcher. We needed lamb cut into 5x5 cubes. Mickey was helping us, not only did he cut everything way to big. He started thrashing around throwing the meat on the table, and then yelling at my mother before telling someone else to help her cause he wasn't going to. When we asked for the store manager he started yelling at me telling me I'll go get him for you. The manager wasn't helpful either and did nothing to better the situation. We ended up driving all the way to the Lunardi in Danville 15 miles away to get what we needed with a competent butcher.If you like being yelled at like you're a 1950s house wife go ahead and go see Mickey.

Wonderful grocery store, lots of great items, the most beautiful fruits and vegetables, great deli (and the desserts!). Too pricey. They stopped carrying the one item I would go to purchase, so now drive farther to get tabbouli from Trader Joes. If I were wealthy, this would definitely be my store of choice.

We ordered 2 fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving. We picked them up on Wednesday morning only to find out that they were frozen solid. The sales associate said they were deep chilled, not frozen. If it looks like a bowling ball, feels like a bowling ball and rolls like a bowling ball, it's probably frozen. Deep chilled? sure. I will shop elsewhere next year.

The service at the deli was good but the sandwich wasn't. I got roast beef on Dutch crunch. The meat had zero flavor and the bread was stale. Very expensive too.
