I had an exceptional buying experience thanks to Dave. I was so excited to buy during the sale they had. The thing I appreciated the most was him taking the time to pull out small swatches, larger swatches, and give so much knowledge on each of the fabrics. I am beyond excited to get my sactional in person!

We stopped in the store today (Sunday afternoon). There were 3 employees working. None of them bothered to look up at us. That's fine. We were checking out one of the love sac's they had in the store. When we asked for help because we had a couple questions they looked at us confused. Finally, one guy picked up an ipad and was trying to find the information. The 2 girls couldn't be bothered. We were seriously looking into buying a love sac but after the indifference from the staff, we had no interest from buying from them. I can get better service looking up information online myself. It's a shame. I don't see Lovesac staying open in that location for long with that kind of staff.

Go Talk to Mason ! He is trustworthy and reliable. I went in with some research from their website. All of their lovesac can be purchased online. However, if you want specific order. I recommend go talk an associate. Plus it's better to sit or feel it yourself. It sounds easy as buying building blocks but when it comes to big purchases. It's better to talk to Mason so you know what exactly you bought.

Way too expensive. It cost 9700 without any storage or speakers. The speakers are an addition 3k....that doesn't include extra storage.

Excellent service. Went In person and even made calls. Was so indecisive and needed time so I went home and would call to see options and quotes. Picked up the phone throughout and showed me layouts even by phone. Great job to Ester for awesome customer service!

This is strictly for the Walnut Creek, CA location. While I love the Sactional, the customer service at this location is lackluster. Nothing amazing from the reps there while they sat on Their phones with AirPods in. They also sent me home with expensive covers in a garbage bag! Cmon Lovesac, customers drop thousands $$$ and you send them home with black trash bags?!? I get 10¢ bags from old navy that are much better quality. Fix this!!!
