The doctor (Whitney Ng) was excellent. Very patient and thorough and offered various options for eyeglasses and contacts. I was surprised that the medical assistant started with the retinal imaging for the kids without asking parents for consent since it was an additional copay.Overall, the assistant are very helpful in choosing frames etc. but seem to push the expensive options, though one can always decline them.Also, there were quite a few mistakes made in the billing as well as printing out prescription so pay careful attention to what you are being billed for as well as what prescription are being printed for you.

I purchased glasses from this location. The new prescription which was done by their in house doctor was making me dizzy. The sales person assured it would be fine so I took them and left. After a month, I came back to see if we could replace lenses but I was told it was not their fault and after a month, nothing could be done. Customer service was less than acceptable by any standards. Clients are just numbers for them.

WoW!What a great experience! Talk about above and beyond! I gotta give to Gabbie Munoz. I had an eye glass emergency that needed fixing asap. Not only did she take care of me right away she did it with a smile, some TLC and got me up and running with a quick fix to my glasses. Now that's what I call service!YAY Gabbie!!

Horrible customer service! They called my wife twice to verify her insurance and she was told she's good to go. When she had her eye check done and was time for her to purchase her eyeglasses/contact lenses, she was told they need to verify her insurance again. She waited for more than 30 mins then she was told their computer wasn't working and asked her to wait more. She decided to leave and called them back with insurance Rep on the other line confirmed that she has coverage for eyeglasses or contact lenses. The lady at this place said she can process the contact lenses order and told the insurance Rep it's good to go. When insurance Rep hung up, the lady said their computer "again" is not working and promised my wife she will call her back. Days and weeks passed, no call back! Don't waste your time! Find another place to go!

Horrible customer service and they got my prescription way wrong. I had an exam and purchased sunglasses with prescription lenses (about $500). I was really surprised when doctor gave me my new prescription because it was one whole point up from my last one. Not only that, it was much stronger in my right eye. When I picked up my new sunglasses, it was a couple of days before going out of the country for two and a half months. I tried them and immediately they were making me dizzy. I told the sales person that the glasses were making me dizzy and that I didn't think they were right. She assured me that it was correct and even went to check. After that she said that its always like that because I need to get used to the new prescription. So I took their word, and went on my trip. During the trip, I was getting strong migraines behind my right eye. I even scheduled an MRI to make sure nothing is seriously wrong. I stopped wearing the glasses and my migraines stopped. In the meantime, my primary doctor sent me to see an opthomologist because of my right eye migraines and amongst other tests, he measured my prescription and it was much lower then what I got at Lens Crafters. So I called Lens Crafters and they told me I am out of luck because its been longer than one month. There were no apologies issued and nothing could be done. How horrible? They measured my prescription way off, so much that I suffered through constant migraines to not take any accountability. Stay away from another corporate asshole!!! Go to your locally owned optometrist/opthomologist instead.

I’ve been to lens crafters all my life to get my glasses and my experience here beats any other location I’ve been at. Anything less than a 5 star review is simply not true. All the staff here are incredibly kind and attentive and go above and beyond. I felt so comfortable and even with being so particular and picky, the associates were patient with me. They also adjusted and cleaned my old glasses without even having to ask. I will be back again, thank you so much to the WC team!

I recently picked up some beautiful new glasses at LensCrafters and they just needed a couple small tweeks to make them fit perfectly. I was helped by their wonderful staff person Sharon, who expertly fitted the glasses to a very comfortable and secure position. She was professional, skilled and kind! Looking forward to returning to the store for more glasses in the future!

This location has so many options to pick from, I was honestly a bit overwhelmed. But Pat walked me through and helped process my insurance and pick frames that looked best with my face shape. Fast forward, I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get my glasses but lens crafters got them to me in 4 days! Come here if you want fast and reliable service!:)

The associate literally broke my glasses, and only issued $50 (!) in credit AFTER I asked (had I not, they wouldn't have even offered!). Further, not only did she refuse to accept responsibility for her mistake, but now I will also have to wait an additional 7-10 business days to receive my glasses.No apology, no accountability, and zero remorse + empathy whatsoever for their customers. Completely unacceptable customer experience.Come here only if you are willing to accept the fact that WEEKS of your time, energy, and stress are worth just "$50."LensCrafters -- do better, and hold your associates accountable when they cost you valued customers.

We are new customers to LensCrafters. We have been going to Kaiser for years and I’m so happy we have new insurance and was able to get my sons eye exam and glasses at this location. The Dr. and Pat went over and beyond helping us and educating us on my sons eyes and glasses. They were very detailed oriented, which I appreciated! Thank you to the team at WC LensCrafters!

After spending 800$ I guess attitude is all we deserved! Very unfortunate I would not recommend this LensCrafters If we had known of this when we were purchasing glasses we would have not considered spending our money

In at 9:10 Saturday morning, no wait at all. Sharon is excellent. We had never met, but she remembered me by name from a phone call the day before just seeking basic information on their services. Although not inexpensive, so far the customer service is excellent. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, once they deliver, I'll update this review.

Sharon was so amazing, Quick and receptive. My 99-year-old mother had twisted the arm on her reading glasses. I came in and Sharon took those glasses and and magically transformed them to fit right. All without charge. And mom was happy.Much gratitude Sharon!
