I found John in Yelp. I needed to change the title on our home to the revocable trust my wife and I had. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had two sessions with him: one to explain what we wanted and a second to sign the paperwork. The deed has been changed and his services were appreciated. If we have any other legal needs that he can handle, we will hire him again.

John was very prompt in taking care of my quit claim deed and notarizing the paperwork. Couldn't of made it easier for my case and also personally had it recorded with the county! Thanks again would highly recommend.

John was very responsive, engaging, and eager to help with one issue my family was facing; he came to our home to discuss the matter. For a mobile notary service, his service offers extremely great value. Importantly, he thought out of the box and offered a solution that was godsend, but one that my family did not think possible before he visited. John told me to come in before 7pm for services but would not answer the phone at 5:20m. I was outside calling him for 30 minutes! I drove all the way to Walnut Creek to be left outside in the cold with my 6 month old baby I’m very upset

John Kopilow is a bargain! Mr Kopilow was going to be a lawyer until he went into the Peace Corp for two years. John has helped me several times with non- attorney legal documents and setting up a Living Trust, all done very quickly, and professionally. John has saved me a lot of money doing these things you don't need a Lawyer for, at Lawyer prices. I will certainly use Mr. Kopilow in the future and you should too.
