I met Laura at the Pleasant Hill easter egg hunt and it was immediately clear that she was a professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable real estate agent. Spoke with her and other real estate agents and found her to be the top Pleasant Hill and surrounding area realtor. Within three weeks she'd helped me update a couple things around the house (some paint, lighting, and closet doors) to improve the value, stage the property, and list it! Within a week received several offers and they all exceeded our expectations. Trust her advice!

Laura Wucher and her team were amazing people to work with during the sell of our home. We had interviewed numerous agents and decided to go with Laura based on her expertise. We felt she was spot on with the price point and how best to promote our home more than any other Realtor we had interviewed.Laura has a few stagers she works with and they did an amazing job staging our home. They will help you with suggestions on what needs to be changed to get your home in tiptop shape and ready to sell.. She has numerous contractors and inspectors to make the process stress free! The MLS listing looked picture perfect, with twilight shots in the evening that were stunning.We had to delay putting our home on the market due to the weather and Laura was very patient and understanding through the whole process.Once our house went on the market. We had numerous offers the first week and it sold for over 200k over asking price.I highly recommend Laura and her team! You won't be dissapointed.

Laura (and team) were extremely helpful in assisting us throughout the sale process. This is the second home that we sold through Laura.Recently, we were selling a rental property (while living in another state). Laura and her team did a phenomenal job selling our home at top dollar in a very challenging market. With interest rates quickly rising and getting close to the winter/holiday season, we weren't optimistic that we would sell the house at the price we needed. Laura and her team proved us wrong.From the start, we interviewed a few strong/proven real-estate agents in our market. Laura was professional, personable and posed a confidence that we would be successful in selling our home for top dollar. It was clear she had a strong presence in our market as we have seen many, many SOLD signs with her as the seller. Ultimately, we chose Laura and her team based on a few differentiating factors we found to be important in an agent and team.Her Sereno team was quick to act, communicate, very nice staging, AMAZING photos and marketing materials, open houses were very successful with a lot of positive traffic and circling of some potential buyers. Selling a home can be a very stressful endeavor, but Laura had a way to put our minds at ease in some challenging times to keep us on track and positive.In this challenging sellers' market, we had two offers in the matter of a couple weeks and ultimately sold the house very close to original list price. Laura and her team did a great job for us in getting our home sold. Initially, she met us in person, toured the house, shared about her expertise, and then outlined her marketing plan. We were very impressed! Over the next couple days, we met many of her team members in person and communicated via text with all of them throughout the sale. The marketing was outstanding, including fabulous photos of the house and yard for use on line and in a beautiful brochure for people coming into one of the open house events. Laura had the house staged to maximize appeal, but we were still able to live in the home. Laura was also available via phone as we went through a brief waiting period prior to the submission of a fantastic offer. The house sold in nine days, which we thought was amazing in the current market. We would highly recommend Laura Wucher to all.

My husband and I were very unsure of what to expect selling our home and buying a new one in today's market. From the beginning, Laura and her team did an amazing job of addressing our concerns and supporting us throughout the process. Our home sold very quickly and for well over our asking price. I was in the market to sell a house. This is not something I do often therefore I was looking for a professional that had market knowledge and was very experienced. I needed a real Sherpa and since thousands of dollars were at play, I also needed someone I could absolutely trust. After selling my house for 20% over asking, I can honestly say, I found that agent/ Sherpa, Laura Wucher and Team. Her knowledge of the entire process and ability work with my ideas provided the calm I needed. She made it feel like we had done this many times before from the point of selecting a listing price all the way to sitting at the table and navigating the final negotiations.As with all successful individuals, they understand the power of a great team. I can’t say enough about the support mechanism behind Laura. A few examples of where my expectations were clearly exceeded:The stagers were very skilled at their trade. They had a very keen attention to detail and this complimented the craft that went into the house renovation. When I entered the house after they were done, I was amazed at what a little furniture and color to could do to a property. It looked amazing and totally different.Laura had a list of contractors, inspectors, and just about every different individual one could need. I contacted her suggested landscaper and was a bit nervous as we had a target go live of less than 3 weeks. He and I met, agreed and he promised a start date. He held to his promise and swooped in with a team of 6 and worked for 5 days straight to get ready for the sale. He knew how important the deadline was. I was so impressed with his team; I gave them all personally a very nice financial reward.There were so many touch points with Laura and her assistance Nancy that I can’t begin to describe, but there is one last comment that needs to be clearly made. Communications today is a dying art but with Laura and her assistant Nancy, it is part of their core DNA. If we didn’t connect, I always got a call back or text, often within 10-20 minutes. Initially I had consulted with another agent, who valued our home much, much lower than we had hoped. After asking around we got rave reviews from two of our friends about Laura and honestly, I was a little skeptical that she could achieve for us what she had accomplished for my friends. But Laura saw the potential in our "fixer-upper". With the help of many good friends working tirelessly, with Laura's help we were able to sell for a very good price. Laura and her team were very understanding (it was a difficult move) and easy to work with. So grateful for this team!
