I would NOT recommend consigning with them. I had an absolutely terrible experience here a while back where I consigned my items but due to extenuating circumstances had to go back and get my items early. I gave them one week notice and nothing was prepared and they acted surprised when I came. I waited a long time for them to collect my items and found that they had thrown away/lost all of my dust bags and boxes that the items came with. The staff were incredibly unpleasant and rude about it, and essentially told me they couldn’t be bothered keeping dust bags and boxes for items under a certain dollar amount. If that is the case, why did they take the dust bags and boxes in the first place? I got the owner, Lynn, involved. She promised to follow up and send replacements, and never followed through (of course). They are flakey and unreliable - other reviews also mention a lack of follow up with consigners. Also, they are so snotty and act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your items. I would NOT recommend consigning any items here, and after this experience I will not buy anything from here either. The customer service is awful, as evidenced by the many negative reviews. If you are looking to consign your items, there are many online and other brick and mortar spots that offer a much smoother and more pleasant experience.

Only purchased because I couldn’t say “no” to my daughter since she really liked a handbag. Otherwise, the staff was unfortunately not friendly, disengaged, and suspicious of us. Extremely disappointed that customers are being judged based off of what they appear on the outside, because you never know who is walking in to purchase and at what ticket price at that. Hope you guys are understanding the advice I am trying to give. Regardless, customers shouldn’t be treated this way solely on their status and/or finances. Looking forward to some changes next time I walk in, when I am visiting from Australia!

I love this store so much that I practically visit it daily. The staff must recognize me by now, but I can't resist the incredible deals on designer items and the consistently friendly managers. Recently, when I found a flaw on a heel I liked, the manager kindly offered a discount as compensation. With brands like Jimmy Choo, Dior, and Prada available at such reasonable prices for the quality offered, I can't stay away. Looks like I'll be returning for another visit today! ?

I just can’t rate the service and expertise at Lables enough.Lynn is so incredibly knowledgeable and walks me through the process of how she prices. She shows me charts, serial numbers, and she does it so openly and freely. I think she is very fair and her pricing for both the seller and the buyer.I wish I could give you 10 stars!!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Labels was cool little crowded in there, but got a lot of brand labels. Very interesting just know you can also bring your own labels and put them on consignment. I will revisit them again.

I cannot say enough good things about this store! I am not from the area so my first time to San Fran/Walnut Creek was last year and I stumbled upon Labels - I now own the most amazing article of clothing from this store so I was counting down the days until I could come back! I finally was able to make it back out here from the east coast and found even more amazing items! The staff is out of this world - huge shoutouts to Helen for choosing things I would have never even noticed, Michele and the owner Lynn. I am proud to say I own my first pair of Gucci heels thanks to this store!!! I felt like a super model here - everyone needs to check this spot out if you're in the area! 10000/10!

I really enjoy working with the owner Lynn! It's so refreshing to watch her in action as she is a kind, strong, and caring force who focuses on sustainability, is super organized, and is full of integrity. These days, it is more important than ever to build and maintain community and human connections but she's been known for doing that for decades and this is reflected in everything she does. As for security, in addition to cameras and security guards, she is very vigilantly present and constantly communicating with city officials and local government entities. What more do you want from a small business? A fun and engaging experience? Done!

Great prices for the most part!I saw a YSL dress retails $1,900 for sale at $698, but the dress actually had a hole and the zipper is exposed so although it was beautiful, the dress was in bad condition and to be honest, it looked like an old dress (heavily worn) but for the most part, there are fair prices ?

As so many have said, the owner Lyn, is a shrew. Horribly rude! I haven't had an experience with her but I've been in the store many times and have seen her berate, yell and scream at customers. I saw a young girl and her mother get screamed at by Lyn. The girl started crying and it was really awful. She just wanted to see something in a case and Lyn told her she was a waste of time! Lyn does this in front of all customers. She's really gets unglued and maybe she's not well mentally? Something is very off with her.

I LOVE both Labels shops! They are run by a local woman, Lynn, who amazes me with her knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and style. She seems to know and remember everyone and is so warm. It feels good to support a small local woman run business based on reuse while also getting perfect items to dress up for events or wear for my job! Recently, I attended a black tie wedding and I needed something appropriate and comfortable. Even though she is the store owner, Lynn made time to help me find different dresses and she came up with the perfect piece that helped me feel beautiful and relaxed during the ceremony, at the dinner, and on the dance floor! Nearly all of my work clothes come from the 2 Labels shops. Its brilliant getting good deals on designer items! I am grateful to be able to buy beautiful and professional clothes that I might not otherwise buy, and knowing that I'm also being thoughtful of our environment. If you love elegant designer clothes, shoes, jewelry, and bags, and you want them for an affordable price, and to top it off you want to support a small local run business, Labels is the place to go!!!!

Options are unlimited, the majority of the labels are designer! Found some great belts and purses. Some designer labels are for clothes that haven’t ever been worn. Worth the time to check it out!
