Nothing but amazing things to say about their team and store overall. Last week I had bought a necklace here which they helped with and made the trip super easy. Unfortunately I had left my necklace I came in with that had a lot of value to me. Once I realized I left without it (I live a few hours away) I had called and knew exactly who I was and offered to send it back to me with NO charge. They are the sweetest people and so easy to work with. Just acknowledging me and remembering what I purchased in their note went above and beyond. I will always return to this store Thank you again KSWC !!

I just want you to know how disgusted I am with your brand. I bought a lock necklace/bracelet combo from a local store. In the first week and a half both of them started to tarnish. They were able to replace the bracelet, I just found out that you’re sold out of the necklace and they’re not only not able to replace it but your warehouse is not sending it back. That is basically STEALING something that I purchased. I’m totally disappointed in and disgusted with your brand and customer service. This is unacceptable quality and unacceptable that I won’t get my necklace back - tarnished or not, I would have rather kept it and paid to have it dipped in gold then return it. Had I known your sale rep wouldn’t return it, I wouldn’t have sent it off. For a high quality brand, this is all low class

Came in today shopping for a watch the sales girl said she would honor 15% off in store. I go back to purchase it a couple hours later and they would not, stating it didn't apply to watches. The store manager was not warm she had an attitude but was very cordial to the older woman with a fat diamond on her hand. I was trying to treat myself because I've had alot going on lately. I won't ever give this particular location any of my business, I'll shop online on their website. Just an embarrassing experience all around!! If a business verbally states they will give you a discount and doesn't that's just wrong and to have a attitude about your mistake is really tacky!

No returns at this store. Imagine my surprise when I tried to return some earrings that were way to big for my outfit less than 24 hours after I bought them. Nope. I tried so very hard to exchange for something - anything- but I could not find anything I wanted right now. So now I have a gift card that I will likely never use. I will never shop here again as I need to be able to return or exchange merchandise. Be warned.

This place sell expensive jewelry that breaks after the first time of wearing it. And when you ask them for a resolution they don’t really help you, well they don’t help you at all. The managers don’t even know what they’re doing. So personally I don’t recommend this place, look for another place to buy gold

My mom took me here to shop on our way to a basketball tournament. I love Kendra Scott jewelry, but have only seen it online, so I was excited to go to a store. I bought matching necklaces for my mom and I for Mother's Day. The lady who helped us, Alexis or Alexa, I can't remember, but she was amazing! She was so kind and even gave me a necklace as a gift because I was so excited to be in the store. I am so glad we went and I really appreciated the experience. Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I have been provided through your employees at Kendra Scott. On February 4th, I tried to order a necklace online for my daughter but each time I tried to submit the order, the website routed me back to the beginning. I decided to call the customer service number. A very pleasant person answered. She apologized for the website issues and offered to help me find a location that had the piece I was looking for. She asked me where I would have the piece shipped to and found a location close by to help cut off some delivery time. She told me the Austin store had and proceeded to give me their number. This was the first occurrence of great customer service. After getting the number I called the Austin Lamar Center store. A very cheerful employee named Caitlin answered. She offered her assistance and listened to what I had to share with her regarding the website issue. She quickly assured me that they had the necklace in stock and said they could ship it to my daughter. The entire transaction took about 15 minutes and throughout she was engaged in conversation with and explained what she was doing at each step. She even honored the 15% online discount! Once it was completed and wrung up, she told me it would be wrapped, packaged and shipped out that day and I would get an emailed copy of my receipt. Which I did receive immediately. She thanked me for my business and I thanked her back for making it possible to get my daughter her Valentine's day present. This was the second occurrence of great customer service. Today, February 10th, my daughter realized that she would not be able to be at the address we shipped the necklace to due to an unexpected emergency. I checked my receipt for a tracking number to see when it may arrive but there is no tracking number on the receipt. I decided to call the store. When the phone was answered, another very cheerful employee greeted me named Anna. I told her I was in need of the tracking number for an order placed a few days ago. She was so quick to help me. She placed me on a very brief hold and then came back on and provided me with the tracking number. she also told me that she already tracked it and it shows "out for delivery". Wow, another step taken that was not expected! These little things make the whole shopping experience amazing. She was very pleasant and helpful. This was the third occurrence of great customer service. I look forward to making additional purchases from this location
