I left Kaiser after 5 days being hospitalized, found out my tire was very low in air. Stopped by this place and they refused to let me use the air and kept referring me to the other stations. The owner is a lousy owner very tight with $$$. Last year they messed up my car repair.

Complete scammers!! Avoid at all cost! I was on a trip to the Bay Area when my car would not start one morning. After AAA was able to start my car, I took it here so they could tell me what happened to it. They kept my car for two days, after which they could still not figure out why it wouldn't start. Even though they couldn't tell me what the problem was, they found a whole list of unrelated things that needed to be fixed very urgently, coming to a total of $2,800. Because it sounded like a scam, I decided not to get anything done except an oil change, which they said I was completely out of (likely a lie since I just got it changed a month before going there). After I paid for the oil change and a $180 "diagnostic" fee (again, no diagnosis of the problem was given to me), I took my car to my regular mechanic who checked out all the "urgently needed fixes" and told me that out of a list of about 8 things, only my spark plugs needed to be replaced. The moral of the story is: take your car somewhere else. These guys will just lie and upsell you.

I was looking for a business by my house to maintain my car. Orlando is very good and quick. I would recommend this business if you are Latino and don't speak English. He's honest.

Best mechanic I have found in this area. Fair pricing and never price gouges. He will always get approval before doing any work and will also phonically show you what the problem is. I will keep using him.

Good work but they will definitely look for an upsell, but they will tell you what you honestly need. Maybe not at that moment but very soon or eventually. I trust them

I sent my young daughter to them for help because her check engine light was on and she was afraid of what might be wrong. They told her they couldn't do anything unless she paid $110 for the help. All they had to do was plug in a computer to find out if it was serious. Major FAIL. I wish I could give them no stars.

I sent my young daughter to this place because her check engine light came on while she was driving. She was afraid that something serious was wrong. They told her they couldn't help her unless she paid $110 to look at it. All they had to do was plug in a computer to help a young girl in distress. But they refused to help at all. What ever you do don't send anyone to Kaiser Auto Care unless you want to get ripped off. They obviously don't care at all.

STAY AWAY!!! What was supposed to be a simple window replacement for my 78 year old Mom's car turned into a $1700 brake and rotor replacement. **BACK STORY** I have to help my mom remotely as I live far away, but I do my best. She had her car broken into and needed a window replaced. She was panicked about driving without a window and decided to take it to a shop close to home as opposed to waiting for the mobile company I wanted to hire. Orlando said they could complete it the same day. That was yesterday. She will get her car back today. She sent me a text telling me her charge was going to be around $1700. Considering I was quoted between $250-$300 from multiple shops to replace this window at the comfort of her own home, this number had me shocked to say the least. I had the shop call me directly so I could go over the line items. A slew of other services were added. I told them to stop everything and asked if they had already started the window. They said "yes" and that the window by itself would be $509. Orlando then told me that they had already removed the rear tires, rotors, and pads and since it's already started it they would have to charge $300. So Now her total is at $809. What was the other potential $900 being charged for?? TIRE ROTATION?? It's always the same shady a** game. Now, yes, my Mom confirmed the work order without knowing what was going on. As most do that don't know about auto mechanics, when they are told something is bad on a car that could potentially be dangerous, they want it fixed. I own and run my own automotive business, and simply put, the industry has a bad rep for exactly this reason. Dirty shops going after easy marks. My mom is not rich. She drives a Hyundai Santa Fe. She probably doesn't have enough money to last her for the remainder of her long and healthy life. Is this Orlando's problem, no, but there is a simple ethical scenario here. Don't rip off nice old ladies. If you have a mechanic you know and trust, hold on to them dearly. Just like a good accountant.

You know how this business is still alive? They overcharge you and push you into unnecessary services. You need an oil change? Okay - and we're also going to fix your brake pad. And look at that! You need some new tires, and oh no, your belt needs replacing or else it's going to be really dangerous for you to drive. Your total comes to $2200 ma'am. Please sign here. I went to a Midas / SpeeDee Oil and it cost me $30 for the oil change. And ladies, beware - I was ignored when I politely declined their other services, then talked down to when I walked out the door after getting tired of continuing to say no.

Please stay away from this place. I should have read the reviews before I did the oil change. Poor customer service and Orlando does not do his job properly.

This place is sneaky and rude. They charge a dollar for cash back transactions, but do not tell you until AFTER the transaction is completed. This information is posted nowhere in their office and the man behind the counter looked very smug at the fact that he had "won". They appear to be scam artists all the way around at this address. My advice is to avoid at all costs.
