Rude customer service, bully-like attitude staff. Then sign your life away and be happy with a kick in the pants. Best yet, don’t be 30 seconds late, they will cancel your appt. Literally 30 seconds…. Kaiser is way better, and that’s not saying much.

My issue is this network has no oversight with Golden State and spine. Many doctors now work for Bass, Golden State, and many other networks. They have a cooperative agreement. John Muir used to be the "Golden Go To" trusted network. Now it's a complete mess. Phones are not answered that they say is due to Covid. Hello??? Yet no masks are even worn. It's very sad. A web of confusing and baffling mess. Steer clear if you can. My doctor left and went elsewhere. I think most doctors from John Muir are very unhappy with this merger to Golden State. The dermatology is also bad. Doctors have to rush in order to fulfill a business quota. My doctor left this practice. Steer clear

I had an appointment on Jan. 6. I was offered a free ride (probably for research on a possible future program.) Driver went to wrong house (NO gps?) - I followed him down the street and soon he saw me. Upon arrival he refused to take me to the usual safe drop-off. (I'm 92 and use cane or walker.) I knew the area and bought just my cane, but this drop-off terrain was not good just with a cane. I was afraid of falling. He said he could not take me to the normal drop-off. (Must have been a substitute and lacked a sticker.) If I had known, I would have brought a walker. I did not fall - just hung on to some shrubs, etc. The driver for the return trip did his job normally and I walked safely.

Spent time doing online check in which includes all the insurance information with tons of questions. When arrived for appointment, receptionist in the lobby said that she has to check if my doctor is on the network of my insurance and could not do it because insurance offices were closed. 1. Insurance web site is showing doctor as on the network. 2. What is the purpose of online check in if the information was not confirmed before my arrival? So I wasted time doing check in and I wasted time coming to the office. How nice!

Heres my one star.... This is for the residency part which clearly cant seem to get anything together. Not only was it a hassle to go through and get assigned to this location, but I had one video visit with a doctor and decided that it wasnt a good fit, due to being a residency clinic apparently they werent able to give me a new one even though I was told I could.... Not to mention the supervisor was absolutely of no help either and couldnt wait to get me off the phone. She kept telling me I can go get assigned somewhere else. So not only are you giving out false information but youre pushing patients away as well... I expected more from John Muir.....

It was recommended to me to get an appointment with the family medicine resident doctors These young doctors are really impressive I'm a 78 year old woman and I received the best care with two different resident doctors I feel they listened carefully to my concerns, and answered my questions After a few minutes they explained what procedures they would do Their professionalism and enthusiasm were very refreshing. Dr Lauren Azuma has the personality, with her professional expertise to be an exceptional family medicine doctor.

The new remote video visit process is seamless & very user friendly. Was able to get a pediatric appointment promptly with a very thorough exam with Dr. Arthur Law. He asked lots of questions, requested many actions to help him assess her, like "let me see you walk", spoke with my 9 year old directly, was very engaged and addressed all our concerns. Great new approach to office visits, I hope it continues!

Saw Dr.Saad today because Dr.Crockett was off. I've been going to Dr.Crockett for 15-18 years. Great doctor by the way! Wish I had of waited to see him. This doctor, what a joke! Got in my appointment on time, then sit and waited for 25 minutes. Felt so, so bad, my mood wasn't the best. I've been sick for 2 weeks, upper respiratory problems. Body aches, sore throat, and he said to let my body heal itself . I thought at first he was joking. Not knowing my medical history or even asking anything, that's all I got. Then he says he wants to give me an inhaler and a pill for my cough. At that point he said ok feel better, out he went. I called my pharmacy and said not to fill the RX'S. I won't take them! He wasn't interested at all, your body will heal itself. Heads up......skip Dr.Saad, go to Dr.Crockett.

Saw dr. Saad for the first time. He was great, took all the time needed to be thorough even though he had a full booking of patients and answered all my questions. He actually listened to my needs and was on point for mental health discussion as well. I'm pleased with his bedside manners, and how he explain things. His MA Alma was also really friendly.

This place is probably the worst medical facility that I've ever been to. If you expect a receptionist to pick up, good luck, you'll most likely be put on hold for 30 minutes before ultimately being sent directly to voicemail. Be wary that you most likely will be seeing a nurse practitioner rather than an actual M.D. I don't have anything against NPs per se, but for the same amount of money from my insurance I would prefer to see someone with at least 4 years of medical training, and at least 3 years of fellowship. I have insurance and it took me 2 months to make an appointment. Do not come here if you have private insurance, for the amount of money that I am paying for my insurance, the service here is awful.

This review is for the Medical Imaging department at this location. I arrived for my 6:30 pm Friday appt and was told by the receptionist that the ultrasound specialist/tech was running a few minutes behind. No biggie. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting... at 6:50 I told the receptionist 20 minutes is not a few minutes and asked how much longer. She said I would be called shortly. Another 15 minutes went by and I was finally called for my 6:30 pm appointment at 7:05 pm.. they were 35 minutes late on a Friday evening. The ultrasound tech was nice but a 35 minute wait when you have an appointment is way too long. The scheduling here is terrible. Also I called the central scheduling number 3 different days and the phone rang and rang each time. Its very hard to speak with someone.

This place is terrible. I had to have my doctor fax my referral at least 5 times because John Muir Health kept saying they got it, they didn't get it, they got it but couldn't find it. Then, even though my referral was for a biopsy, they said I had to see the doctor for a consult first. So I have to come twice for 1 biopsy??? Then I was ten minutes late for my first appointment and the doctor refused to see me, saying she had an opening in month. Are you kidding me? I drove in heavy Friday traffic for over an hour and you can't see me even though the doctor is standing right there doing nothing??? Terrible!

Rude phone staff. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Unorganized. Scary to put my health in these people's hands. I'm only here because my precious doctors went to another practice I don't have access to or retired.

Don't go here. The employees and doctors DO NOT CARE. Today I was calling to see my dr and a psychiatrist because I suffer from major depression and GAD. I needed to see someone and THEY TURNED ME AWAY. Wrong wrong wrong. Especially for ANYONE seeking mental help during a time where they needed it. Ended up changing doctors completely and found someone better that cared. This place sucks. Will never recommend EVER.
