I love this little stop, the people are always so nice and they will give you the going rate. They ask before they make suggestions and dont try to oversell you. I appreciate the quick service.

I got an oil change here. I'm looking at the service checklist. Wash exterior windows: completed Lights: checked Neither of these things happened. Exterior windows weren't touched and remain as dirty as they were when I entered. Also I have 2 lights out on the exterior that I already knew about. I'm thinking they just mark all these things off without actually doing them. It makes me wonder about all the other checks under the hood they listed as completed. I doubt any of those were done also. My car does drive smoother so I am pretty sure an oil change happened. I will say the service was friendly.

I went to do an oil change this morning 12-06-23 here in Walnut Creek they guy told me I need some filters changed and some other things done, and I said not right now just the oil change is good, so when it was time to pay he told me he couldn’t reset the oil change light because I didn’t get the filter so therefore he couldn’t reset it I said ok that’s fine. Later in the day I was in concord and seen a jiffy lube pulled in and asked they guy there if that’s something new that they’re doing, he’s said he’s never heard of such a thing he came right out and even showed me how to reset it. Guess I will be coming to the concord location from now on.

Since last year I've been very impressed with customer care at this Jiffy Lube location. When you drive in, you are met with a very posiitve attitude among all workers. The crew here is informed, and happy to answer all questions with patience. Highly recommend. Lymus should get a bonus for his knowledge and rapport with customers. William McNeil

Brought car in for oil change. Also noted that my tire light came on that day for tire pressure. They did oil change but when I picked up the car the pressure light was still on for tires, after I brought this to their attention. They had told me they filled tires to 32 psi and light would go off after driving. Drove all day. Took car to gas station. Tires hadnt been filled. WTH. Also said they cleaned window.....they didn't. Also....reported they vacuumed...surprise....they didn't. Giving two stars for person that helped with billing, but quality of service needs attention.

What a jock is Willi here they waited me one hour and then coming and saying we don’t have this oil right now for your car? Really and I see 3 persons working. You should let me first if you don’t have oil before waiting me for one hour.

My 1st time ever at any Jiffy Lube. No complaints at all. Actually, they were all very cool at the Walnut Creek location. I got lucky in that nobody was waiting so I got in and out. All the people that came in after me got taken care of in a very efficient and professional manner. I was taking my sons car in. I just wish they could work on my 65 Ford Thunderbird whenever I need it, but I don't think they deal with cars that old. In any event, all good. Go to them.Service: Oil change
