Part of me doesn't want to post this review, because it may cause me to wait for an appointment. But, I am not selfish so here goes.If you are looking for an honest, personable, talented mechanic you need go no further than Justin's Auto Care (JAC). For many years, my family and many of my neighbors have gone to JAC. Whether it is diagnosing issues or simply doing the car maintenance, Justin does excellent work and is always fair. It is amazing to have a great mechanic and outstanding person right in our neighborhood. It is a family run business and they treat you well. Car mechanical issue are never fun but it is nice to have someone you can trust to help work through them. Happy to have JAC So close. If you go there one time, I bet you will become a regular (well when your car needs something). Cheers!

Took vehicle to this mechanic because it would not start intermittently and brake pedal hard to press! After being told what was wrong with automobile we agreed to have car fixed. We payed $365.00 and took it home. We are still having the same issues with intermittent starting of vehicle and hard to press brake, so basically vehicle with same problem as when we brought it in. When Justin notified, he said there were multiple issues, however, this is the first time we heard this and if so, should have been disclosed prior to us agreeing to have vehicle repaired. Also, the owner, Justin became very defensive and unprofessional when questioned about repairs. My wife and I would not recommend this business!!!!!

Justin’s Auto Care has been servicing our Toyota Sienna and Toyota 4Runner since lockdown doing regular service and successful repair of electrical systems on both vehicles. They are personable and honest.

Had a battery issue with my car although battery was replaced with AAA just 4 months ago. Battery kept failing even though AAA checked it. Brought it to Justin's and the confined battery had a bad cell. They even let me know it was on warranty but I was done with AAA, they replaced with a higher quality battery and warranty. Will be using them for our cars in the future.

Some of the most honest and efficient work I have witnessed in an auto shop. Justin and Laurie were fantastic. I highly recommend. If you are looking for your next go-to shop, look no further (just don’t overbook because I need them to do my next project ?). Great job and thank you again Justin and Laurie!!
