I was a frequent shopper but after today, see ya! Sales associate continuously and rudely reaching in front of me. I took the hint and said, I guess it's time for me to leave and she replied in such a snarky condescending way. If this person is your store manager or a sale woman, you will loose clients. Lots of places to shop and businesses who need support.

I visited this store yesterday to exchange a pair of pants I had ordered online, after having called in advance to make sure that the color and size I wanted was in store. Rizzel assured me that they had one pair available and offered to hold it for me. When I got to the store, she not only handled the exchange quickly and efficiently, but offered to look "in the back" to see if there was another pair (these are my favorite pants and they hadn't been available for a couple of years). She found another pair! Excellent service! It was a very positive experience. Rizzel is the best!

The place itself is fine. My complaint is the fact that this company has no concept of sizing. I gave up on JJill almost 10 yrs ago. Tried on a couple things and they still don’t know how to size clothing. Don’t know the rational behind it but it’s silly. I am a size 2-4. Xs/s. Their XS is still like a medium. Come on people. Look at all the complaints on your site and start making clothes correctly! Even the sales people seem tired of this issue. “Yeah we make our clothes to big” she said yesterday. No kidding!

Wasn't really my style. Modern contemporary clothing store. Prices are somewhat expensive. However, if you like nicely tailored clothes wuth muted or monochrome colors then this is the place for you. Simplicity is the general style.

Bad customer service. Only 2 salespeople, 1 helping another customer, 1 folding clothes on display. No other customers. I asked the folding salesperson (older asian woman with black frame glasses)to return an item; she acknowledged me, but continued to fold for several minutes while I waited at the register. Barely acknowledged me when she finally came to process my return, no hello, thank you, or anything.
