Always excellent service from a family-owned dry cleaners. Highly recommend using them; they work magic. My wife's wedding dress got muddy in the bottom and I wasn't expecting much when we brought it in. Sure enough, it looks brand new! Thank you all!

Wow! I came here with my mom to pick up a jacket that she needed altered and wow, this place sure did deliver! They went the extra mile to make sure my mom had exactly what she asked for and for a reasonable priced, too. My mom tried it on instantly and was amazed at the work they did and the turn around time was great. Their customer service was amazing too and they made an effort to have a conversation and get to know us. My mom and I will continue coming here for any future needs! Thank you!!

I brought 1 item with two areas for alteration to Harold cleaners. They took about a week and then I picked up my item. One of the two areas of alteration still had a safety pin in it and had clearly not been touched. They charged me $20 for the other alteration but when I got home I realized that they had not touched that either. They wasted my time and took my money to do absolutely nothing. I can't imagine a worst customer service experience than this. I do not recommend this business.

I have been looking for a good dry cleaning spot where I can trust my clothes will come back to me looking fresh and well taken care of. Too many cleaners have snagged my shirts and pants or torn off a button or two. Herald Cleaners provided great service! Very friendly and responsive staff. Shirts and pants look great! Will definitely be my go to spot moving forward.

Doesn't deserve a single star!!! Should've stayed away after my first experience. A few years ago I took a black and white dress to be dry cleaned. Rather than test the fabric in an inconspicuous location, like under the hem, they tested right at the V on the neckline. The black bled into the white. They told me to take it back to the store because it's not their fault. The store would not return it. After about a year of carrying this dress in my trunk because I didn't have the heart to throw a $200 dress in the trash, I had to throw it in the trash. Fast forward to now. My coworkers said they do great alterations so I thought I would give them another try. I never wrote a review after my first experience because I never judge someone based on one time. For convenience sake, and my coworkers recommendation, I took my sons college pull over sweatshirt in for a new zipper. The first attempt was horrible. The stitching was crooked! They offered to re-do it. I was feeling hopeful this was going to turn out well. Unfortunately that's not the case. The second attempt was worse, which I didn't think was possible!! STAY AWAY! Both cleaning and alterations are horrible!!!

This is a tough one. Everyone is really friendly here and I've been in several times. I had a pair of jeans that I brought in for a repair...the waistband separated from the leg about 3 inches. All they had to do was stitch it back. The lady said it would be $15.50 which I thought was really high but she said she would remove the leather patch and stitch it all the way through. I thought if she's going to do all that work it was worth it so I left my jeans there and scheduled to pick them up in a week. The photo is what I got. They stitched through the leather patch and through a belt loop!!! Are you kidding me!! She fixed it but the patch is still screwed up a bit and it wasn't removed like we talked about. Not a big deal but definitely not worth $15.50...more like a $5 job that took 1 minute of time. I wouldn't come here again for any repairs or alterations.
