Sandra was very knowledgeable and she always answered my questions quickly. I felt that I was in good hands working with Sandra and she really was looking out for our best interest and helping our application move along. She would periodically check in with us and let us know where we were in the process or if there was a delay why that was and it was very refreshing to see.
